Will education be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student ？ The speaker claims so , and I have my reservation that the effective education is to serve the nation and the whole society, and the education, which combines special education and general education , is extremely significant.

It is true that some teachers can not educate his/her students according to their interests, which lead to no activity study. Einstein is an example to demonstrate this point, evidently. In elementary school，Einstein who do not interest in the general school teaching was regarded as quarter-witted. He got useless education every day. And then; he left school, studied himself. If Einstein fails to leave school, study under the treatment of discrimination of his quarter-witted, waste his time in the knowledge he already know and have no answer of his question. There will not be principle of relativity today. Special education to him is necessary, which support the idea that special education designed to meet the individual is necessary to some extent.

But the one who educated specially may not be successful predetermined. The interests of young students are usually whims that can not last long; studying all by interesting is not suitable for the healthy growth of young students. On the other hand, young students who lack the capacity of judgment should guarded by their teachers. Thus, for most of us, studying step by step is the way leads to success. After all, Einstein is one of the minority. The society is mainly composed of the majority, on the contrast.  It is effective, when the majority is conscious of how to learn and how to get together with others, contributed to the education. As the Unit Nation claimed in 1996 (and I paraphrase):”The goal of education is learning to know, learning to do, learning to get together, and learning to be.” , illustrates the point that education needs the special education (education meets the individual needs and interests if each student) and general education (education with no differences).

In general education, students study together, they get to know how to cooperate with others and exchange their ideas with each other. It is significant for their later life as a part of society. Also, their characters and personality formed gradually at the same time, in general education. The standard of evaluate the education is successful or not, is not only by the knowledge. It is the moral condition of the student that represents effective more. A person who has little moral sense but high intelligence is dangerous to the society. Most of the students educated rightly, and do their efforts to the society. There are so many occupations in the modern society. Only when graduates committed themselves to all kinds of occupations will the society develop in good condition.  In addition, general education is more realizable than special education. Special education needs more money, maybe many students discontinue their study because of unaffordable, and general education, by contrast with special education, is suitable for the most.

To sum up, special education is suitable for the minority, but general education is better for the majority. Thus，the most effective education is partly in specially designed for individual and mostly in general education.(最后一句的更好表达？)

总体说来还是挺好的，但语法错误有点多，一定要避免哈。再就是举了例子解释尽可能详细些，别放着例子让看卷子的自己琢磨...
