ISSUE 17
There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws.

The speaker claimed that there are two types of laws, just and unjust, and individuals should obey just laws, while resisting unjust laws. As far as I am concerned, I agree with the statement. It is the right and the responsibility to our human being to resist unjust laws, while we should obey just laws because it is the premise of peaceful society.

Since laws have the function to keep the society in an orderly and stable way, as a member in society, we must obey just laws. It is the preconditions to keep a harmony social circumstance. Though obeying just laws, our interests could be protected from invasion by wrong hands. Laws have the very function to restrain those illegal behaviors. If some one invade our interests, we could use the wagon of laws to pursuit them. With the help of laws, our interests will be protected. Moreover, obeying just laws is the premise of the orderly society. For instance, the traffic lights tell us that with the red light we should stop, while with the green light we should go. If someone does not obey the traffic law, the traffic will be paralyzed. The students cannot attend class on time. The workers cannot start to do their work in season. The department cannot open as usual and customers cannot purchase necessaries they need. Disobeying the just laws will push our society into jam.

On the other hand, it is our responsibility and right to disobey unjust laws. For doing so, it is helpful to improve the legal system of our nation, at the same time protect our own rights. Last spring festival in China, migrant workers protested to government that their wages was unpaid by their employers, besides there were some laws inhibiting their pursuits. Those laws required them to pay suit fees before accepting their suits. Being in poverty, they cannot afford those fees and could not get their unpaid wages. Fortunately, the protest was assured by government, and the government set laws to support their suits for free. Through the protest and disobeying the unjust law, those migrant workers' interests were protected, to some extent, the legal system become more completely.

It should allow individuals to challenge unjust laws in a democratic society. The blind of flaws in legal system will result in unimaginable disasters to a society. Numerous examples in history tell us that being unsatisfied of those unjust laws public became unsatisfied to the rule of their public leaders. Discontentment could lead to the revolution in one society and induced the relapse of that government. Individuals, as a cell of society, could reflect the just or unjust laws in a direct way, being directly restricted by those laws. Through their challenge unjust laws, the flaws could reflect to government effectively. So it is necessary for the government improve their laws through those challenges from public, while allowing public to disobey unjust laws.

From what is discussed above, we can draw the conclusion that though resisting the unjust laws, our laws will be more complete and stronger. Besides, the society will be more impartial and fair to public.

It is the right and the responsibility to our human being to resist unjust laws, while we should obey just laws because it is the premise of peaceful society.(好!)

If some one(someone) invade our interests, we could use the wagon of laws to pursuit(这个用的不对吧!) them. With the help of laws, our interests will be protected. Moreover, obeying just laws is the premise of the orderly society(这里感觉跟上面有些重复! For instance, the traffic lights tell us that with the red light we should(must) stop, while with the green light we should(could) go. If someone does not obey the traffic law(this law), the traffic will be paralyzed(被动? The students cannot attend class on time. The workers cannot start to do their work in season. The department cannot open as usual and customers cannot purchase necessaries they need(这几句倒说不上有什么问题,但有凑字数的嫌疑! Disobeying the just laws will push our society into jam.

On the other hand, it is our responsibility and right to disobey unjust laws. For doing so, it is helpful to improve the legal system of our nation, at the same time protect our own rights. Last spring festival in China, migrant workers protested to(aganist) government that their wages was unpaid by their employers, besides(用法错误!) there were some laws inhibiting their pursuits(我是看完整段才知道你这句话想说什么的.这么改你看如何..., despire the fact that they are prohibited to do this by the laws). Those laws required them to pay suit fees before accepting their suits(这句是不是也有问题? . Being in poverty, they cannot afford those fees and could not get their unpaid wages.Fortunately, the protest was assured by government, and the government set laws to support their suits for free. Through the protest and disobeying the unjust law, those migrant workers' interests were protected, to some extent, the legal system become more completely.(我不懂法,但是游行示威好象本来是合法的!
It should allow individuals to challenge unjust laws in a democratic society. The blind of flaws in legal system will result in unimaginable disasters to a society. Numerous examples in history tell us that being unsatisfied of (to)those unjust laws public became unsatisfied to the rule of their public leaders. Discontentment could lead to the(去掉) revolution in one(为什么是"one") society and induced the relapse of that government. Individuals, as a cell of society, could reflect(什么意思?) the just or unjust laws in a direct way, being directly restricted by those laws.

Besides, the society will be more impartial and fair (这两个词有什么区别呢?)to public.(结尾为什么只说resist unjust law?obey just law 呢?)
