"It is unfortunate that today's educators place so much emphasis on finding out what students want to include in the curriculum and then giving it to them. It is the educators' duty to determine the curriculum and the students' duty to study what is presented to them."
Outline:
5.总结
I don't quite agree with the statement that the curriculum should be designed by the educator. In my point of view, the relationship between educators and students are equal, both of them play an vital role in the succeed of education, therefore, the curriculum should neither be designed all by the students nor totally up the educators??.
On the one hand, not all the students have mature ability to design what they want to learn and what they should learn. Take the students in primary school for instance, these young children are too naive to find out their interests, what is more,不是一句话 their self-cotrolling ability are immature so that they must be overseen by adults. If the curriculums are all designed by themselves, they choose playing games rather than moral education as their course.这一句太绝对了吧.我就不会 Even for students more mature, it is impossible for them to design what the curriculum is either. It is because the resourses of education are limited, if everyone had his/her special courses designing which are quite different from the others, then how many teachers should we need to teach them? And how many classrooms, schools and labs should the education department provide with? We can see clearly that curriculums all designed by students is out of work.我觉得这个不能当作理由吧.如果个人决定是可行的,那么即使教室不够我们可以创造啊.我觉得这一段有点空的感觉.但好象确实不好怎么具体说
On the other hand, curriculums should not depended all on educators either. Teachers play an imparting role in the process of education, it is a failure of education if those receivers are not willing to learn what is presented to them even if the curriculum is perfect in the eyes of the educators. For example, if a teacher designs a curriculum which enjoy a high level of reputation among the educators, however, students of this teacher show little interests on the courses included in the curriculum, thus, these students may skip classes or be absent-minded even they take the courses. Then we can imagine what the effeciency will be.
Nowthat the curriculum cannot totally up to either the students or the teachers, we should combine the two together, since their relationship, as what I mentioned above, is equal and interplaying. Students need a guide leading them to the door of knowledge while educators need reflecting information from the receivers to enhance their teaching methors. Therefore, the curriculum should be designed by the coorperation of teachers and students. Only by this way, that students太绝对 express their opinons and interests about courses designing and educators designed courses corresponded to students' requirement as well as their rich experience, can education function effectively. What is more, if there is feedback from students periodically, the curriculum will become more better这个FEEDBACK和题目无关吧.
In the final analysis, education is an interdependent procession including the paticipating of students and teachers; therefore, the curriculum should not up to one side while give no consideration to the other one
我觉得逻辑很清楚,但绝对的词太多,而且通篇都是抽象的推理和构造的假设,不知这样是否有说服力呢?
你可以先帮我看篇ARGUE吗?友人说逻辑混乱,我看不出来 |
