用google也能搜出很多网站。
在大城市的话，也有店家卖电话卡的。

打IP可以用座机啊，只不过用座机的话有些卡不能用，费用也稍微高点点，大概一分钟高个一美分吧。

Yeah. It is very cheap if you make a call from America to China, say, within 20 fen(RMB) per minute.

You can go online to buy the telephone card with your credit card, or you can buy them from the elder students. Here is one website that you can consider: www.loudclear.com

Meanwhile, you can use your cell phone to make the IP calls if you get a cell phone in America. Otherwise, you have to input two quarters to the telephone to make a call. Well, if you can get a telephone card which starts from 1800 or 1888, then no need to pay the two quarters. Good luck with that.
