我是今天(9月7号)在中国银行用汇票报的名,是用国际挂号信寄出去的,不知道能否在9.30之前到达ETS,希望一切顺利!!

没有到的同志们耐心等待吧，经常发邮件去咨询一下，不过也别太勤了，一般回信周期在5--9天，而且一次比一次慢。不管怎么说，建议后人用网申，汇票等的太折磨人。
