在网申中的申请表中～
1。Phone Number (3位)-(7位) (xxxx extension)
     我应该如何填写:L
2。Permanent Address填学校地址还是家庭住址
     他要这个地址做什么用？是否是寄通知书的:confused:

1。似乎是美国得号码
2。Permaent Address一般填家庭住址，填学校地址也可以，这个没什么关系，主要在Current Address里填上学校地址就行了

1. Yeap. that is for US phone no.
I guess you could just leave it. cause if some prof wants to give you a telephone interview, he/she will contact you through email to confirm the phone no.

2. Pernament Address: where is your home? usually your mom and dad's address. Mailling/current address is for mailing.
