C的话应该是how much fat the body needs(fat做名词)或者how fat the body needs to be（fat做adj）

agree可作vt见webster
有admit & arrange的意思可直接加n的

这个词有vi的用法是benefit的意思
这样就不难理解正确答案的意思了
