问几个在美护照延期的细节问题

问题很烦琐。。但护照毕竟很重要。。所以请大家帮帮忙。

我应该会选择邮寄申请。。因为去一次SF不容易。

1。因技术原因，驻旧金山总领事馆无法接收挂号信（CERTIFIED OR REGISTERED MAIL）及需签署收件回执（RETURN RECEIPT）的邮件
    基本上对mail service没有任何概念。。请问如果不能使用这三种。。应该使用什么呢

2。FedEx回邮信封上的发件人应填写申请人的姓名、地址，而不是中国使领馆
     The applicant shall put his/her name and address as the SENDER on the RETURN ENVELOPE instead of the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.

中文有个FedEx在开头。。英文却没了。。～ 那请问如果我用post office express mail做为回邮的话。Sender是写自己的名字还是中领馆。。不知有没有Receiver一栏。。如果有是应该填自己还是中领馆呢？

第一个问题。。我想问。如果我想通过post office寄。。而不是fedex or ups这些邮寄公司。而又要满足”CERTIFIED OR REGISTERED MAIL）及需签署收件回执（RETURN RECEIPT）的邮件“。。。请问那是叫什么（比如国内的平信等。）

这段话是从领事馆网站贴下来的。。注意到中文英文有所不同。。中文强调了Fedex,而英文却没有。。其实就是想问。。如果用post office 的express mail回邮。sender和receiver分别应该填谁
