我的背景本科室排名60的一所211工程学校，化工专业，排名1/96，平均成绩89/100
研究生是天津大学，排名2/14，平均成绩83/100，论文 共8篇，核心刊物3篇
目前在中国石化研究所工作，已一年，toefl:600./4.5  GRE1290/4.0
目前已有university of alabama Birmingham的小米说 accept me,但是一问奖学金的事情就在没有回过信。
另外一个是university of alberta 的小米说，我已经通过系里评审，只要我交申请费就可以推荐我到研究生院，我已交了申请费，但这个学校有点古怪，我发邮件问的时候，他们才告诉我结果，并不是主动发邮件给我的，所以一直决得没底。感觉是不是发错了。

所以现在这些学校都没有弄明白，对于这个oregon state u我该怎么处理？老实说，只要u  of alabama 或 U of alberta 给了我offer,我就不会理这个oregon,但是现在结果都很悬？大家帮忙出出主意。
