如题，今早来信给TA的位置，只是让回复太早，by March 7th。大家出出注意！现在还没有offer,有Penn State U 和 Minnesota的AD。

他们的截至日是3月15日，那么快的AD，看能不能套到MONEY.

我来了一个OFFER，LSU： 18,400/year plus full tuition waiver
我给他们写了封信，说我会等收到正式的信后答复他们，谁知他们立刻回了封信：
Dear Mr. ×××:

Original copies of our letters of offer are being forwarded to you.  
I've attached a pdf format of the letters due to delays with the postal
service.

Please review the letters; regardless of your decision, sign and return
one copy to the department.

还有个附件，就是他们的OFFER。他们要我现在签名给他们寄回去什么意思？
如果签字的话就是同意去这个学校了，但是他们又说regardless of your decision，不知道他们什么意思？

我的网申状态前天还是所有东西都没收到，not reviewed，看来他们从不更新的。
还没有消息的同学可以发信问了。
我的背景前几天发过了，就是math@Univ.of washington的那个。这里就不罗嗦了。
