Faced the discussion whether the university should require the students to attend class or give them the right to make their own choices about which class to take .Personally I support to give the students a flexible schedule which will be beneficial to their academic and career development as well as enhance their independence and self discipline.
The free choice of class to attend will be helpful to a student’ s development academically as well as professionally . At first , being university students they have also  had suffice basic  knowledge in broaden fields . the Initial and essential purpose of university education is to make further research in the concentrated domain . So an advanced mathematical course will be helpless  for a student majoring  in art . Plus, the time in university is very limit .How to make the limit four years to grain max efficiency . the best way is to concentrate on the courses witch will be useful for the future rather than to attend all the classes required but having nothing to do with what you interest and major in .
Making the attention of class optical can also help university students to be more independent and more self disciplined . An university student considered as an adult should take  the responsibility of his behaviors . If he spend too much time playing to pass the final examination , he has to face his own fault and reconsider how to reschedule his time reasonably . What a university student needs is not a baby sister supervising  him to attend class but a professor giving him wisdom suggestions and allowing him to make his own decision. Further more without the requirement of attending class , the student should be enough self disciplined to achieve his academic goal . This ability of self control  and adjustment is the key factor of future success . And the fist step to be well self disciplined is to arrange one’s time well.
As the statements mentioned above , I believe that attendance of class is not indispensable for the university students .on the other hand Giving  them the right to choose the course they interest in would  be appropriate for their development and helpful for the establishment of their independence and self discipline .

Whether the university students should be required to attend classes or not depends on what the student values in his university life. If he thinks entering the university is just to graduate with a diploma, then he may think take classes optionally is a good way because what he need is only to pass the exam. But if as a university student he expect more than that, I think he should take the classes as much as required. This is also the point I do support to.

Generally speaking, university study is a kind of basic study compared to graduate study, although the university students are specialized in different majors. What they learn is the basic knowledge in a subject. As on the beginning of their major, taking classes is the most essential way to get new knowledge and teachers will often give them methods on how to learn this subject at classes.

Besides that in university studies the professors of most lectures teach a large class. If students are optional in taking classes, the professors may not be able to answer their questions individually. But the classes are good intermedia for the professors and students to communicate. The common questions can be raises and settled at site. It also can save a lot of time for the professors then they can have more time for their research.

In addition, taking classes is an opportunity for university students to get to know more classmates. They can make friends with students in different majors when they take different classes. The more various classes thy take, the more friends they will make. University life is more than studying; it includes a lot of association activities also. Friends we make by classes can both be a good study partner and leisure time player as well.

From these above reasons, I firmly stand in the point that university students should be required to attend classes.

Should university students have the right to decide whether to attend classes freely? Partisans of both viewpoints have waged battle for years, leaving both side unsatisfied. However, as far as I concerned, it is suitable to require students in lower grades to go to classes, while to give more right to students in higher grades. The reasons are listed as follow.

Attending classes compulsorily can help most of freshmen in university. First of all, it is the first time for many students to leave home and manage their own time. Before they attend university, their parents arranged everything for them at home, even how to study, consequently most of them lack of self-control, or having little experiences to arrange themselves at least. Therefore, it is very necessary to call the roll in class to ensure them to attend classes on time. In this way, student are able to have good habit in the university. Moreover, not only does it assist students organize their time, but also gives essential guide for beginner. The instruction from professors who are the experts in their field is crucial for later development in which students major. What they can acquired from class is far more than mere knowledge, but also they can obtain some methods to learn this new subject, and what is more important is to cultivate some emotions in their academic specialty. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure every beginner to accept this indispensable instruction by official requirement.

However, it is not  proper to force juniors especially seniors to have classes. On the contrary, they should be given adequate freedom to arrange their own time. First of all, the basic habits have got in the early stage of university which means that they have the capacity of making decision(if not it can not be altered by mere compulsory requirement.) Secondly, they also have had the basic judgment to make right decision what kind of classes are needed by themselves. For instant, having studied and pondered for years, some students find that their major can not intrigue them at all and determine to select the one really attracting them. It is justifiable for them to set priority to what they are choose. To attend classes is certainly important, but to pursue in the right direction is seemly more crucial for them. Further more, no matter what they decide to do after university: to continue their study or to work, learning  by themselves is very significant skill which is rightly the aim of education in university. Why not to give them the opportunity to practice?

Simply put, both side of points are advisable to students in different stage of study. What University should do is to choose proper one to proper students.

Attending classes is a traditional method of learning knowledges ,not only for high school students ,also for university students .However ,different people have different cases ,which makes it hard to develop a person well as his/her aptitudes .Universities ,places for developing specialized professionals ,have the responsibility of developing different students in a much more suitable way(个人认为改为"学校有责任提供一个可供学生按适合自己的方式发展的环境"比较好^^) . It is a good choice for universities to allow students to have the right of choosing whether go to classes or not .

University students ,not like the high school students ,have the ability to teach themselves .What’s more ,they are matured enough to know what they really need to study and improve .As a result ,they have the ability to choose the proper classes on the point of what they are interested and needed .As the famous saying says,” Interest is the best teacher.”, they will have much more enthusiasms(enthusiasm可数?似乎不可数啊...) to study .

Furthermore , people acknowledge (?acknowledge用在这里的意义不太清楚,不知可否改为program,意为规划?) their best time for studying and their best way to learn well ,which makes them studying more efficient via teaching by themselves .Some people like to study stating up late at night (stay up at night for study ,or , study late, staying up at night) ;Some  prefer to get up early in the morning for reciting ;Others would like to learn one subject all day then turn to learn(learn 可以去掉吧) another one for another day .Different people have different habits ,it is much more efficient for them to coordinate their best time and way to study . (我觉得例证部分有一点点不妥,正如你所说,这段写的是Different people have different habits, 其实和上不上课关系不是很密切呀,毕竟不管上不上课,晚上和早晨应该都是不会排课的吧. )

In addition to being interesting and efficient for self-learnings ,there is no deny that teaching by themselves could develop people to be a well-rounded human beings .They could have the chance to develop(换个词吧,别总用它呀^^expand,extend,improve都可以吧?) the ability to solve problems by themselves via self-learnings and became much more independent and confident to solve them(这几个词可以去掉) ,which is very important for people to live in modern society . (这段的观点不错,我倒觉得B2部分可以少写一些,B3再稍稍扩充一点就更好了.毕竟B2的观点基本上大家都会用的.)

In conclusion , though there are many advantages for university students to attend classes ,that they have the right of choosing classes they want to attend has much more benefits for students in modern society .I therefore(therefore放在I前更顺一些吧?) reinforce my standpoint to support the view that going to classes should be optional for university students.

不要打出来，限时写做的目的是模仿考试时的环境，你这样写就打不到限时的目的了，下次一定注意。改别人的直接在后面回帖就可以了。另外你写了~~~将近500字啊，没必要啦~~~
你的首要的一个问题是，没有主题句。B2和B3开头讲一堆，可是没有TS啊。另外你的B2说的有些跑了。开始说universities，可是后面居然就出现 kids 了/而且你的描述很像在说小学生。大学生是成年人了，尽管有的时候中国的学生会出现你说的这种情况，可是不要让美国的考官觉得很难理解。

When faced with the dilemma of deciding whether university students should be required to attend classes, quite a few would claim that attending classes should be optional for students, but others, in contrast, deem that attending classes should be required and that is also my point.

One of the primary causes is that in class you can learn much from the teacher, including his sagacity, a sense of humor and carefulness. Studying is not a simple process, and you need someone to guide you. Teachers are the best guides and advisors. From different teachers in different classes, you can learn different abilities, like how to solve problems effectively, how to overcome the difficulty and how to be a careful person, which can benefit you a lot.

On the other hand, attending classes can make your knowledge and study systematical. All knowledge will be organized in a proper way and given to you effectively. You will know what is the main stem and what is the branch, what is necessary and what is optional in knowledge.

Furthermore, in class you will have chance to study with classmates, which will help you develop team spirit. You can exchange your thought and solution to different problems with other students. And you can receive a variety of ideas, which not only broaden your mind, but also teach you how to pick up a better one. Sometimes you and your classmates will solve a problem together, which means team spirit that do good to you in your future work.

Certainly, I cannot deny that attending classes optionally have some advantages. It will inspire your interest and make you learn just what you want. From what have been discussed above, however, we can draw the conclusion that university students should be required to attend classes, moreover this benefits them a lot.

That issue whether university students should be required to attend classes provokes many arguments. There are some proponents who would say that it is necessary for college students to go to classes, while others who hold the opposite point of view that attending classes should be optional for students. After a close scrutiny, as for as I am concerned, there are some compulsory courses that all students are required to attend, at the same time it depends on students' favor to choose some other minor classes, such as gym educations, music classes and so forth.
    First of all, it is essential for all the university students to learn various kinds of classes, such as math. On account of math’s importance as the basic of all the other sciences, when playing games, drawing, doing lab reports and so on, we probably can't carry on without math. So it is necessary for all of us to learn math in the college. It is equally true in language classes.
    Further more, when some students who are major in the same research field, it becomes more important for them to attend fundamental classes in their major. Take my major for example, I study city traffic planning while one of my classmates does research on railway transportation and another on freeway, but we are all required to attend the Traffic and Transportation Management class.
    Of course, students also have their opportunities to choose some classes whether to go to or not relying on their interests. Some students like music, so they can choose music classes; some have a mood of physical exercises, and then they could go to gym educations.  
    Therefore, above all, there are varieties of colorful classes in university. On the premise of the accomplishment of our required classes, university students have their rights to choose their favorite classes freely.
