when I try to write something every time,I feel that I cannot express myself well
enough that I won't find more vocabularies to reflect what I want to tell. I know that there are a abundance of words there on my mind ,but I have no means to use them flexibly and freely.
why does it come to like this ?Should I write more and more ?Read more and more ?

I don't agree with this statement mentioned above at all. It is fine to force ourselves writing more and more as this will form a good custom for writing in the future. But as the old saying goes"a sound body, a sound mind". This means that in order to be able to enhance writing technique you must be interested in order to concentrate. Can you imagine writing and writing all the time and out of shape everyday? You would be asleep and missing a lot of funs and useful information. I believe there must be an equal balance between both as there is in everything else in life. Hence, I'm inclined to believe that the most immediate factor which might push writing to a high level is enjoying your colourful life

i think maybe you have to. READING EFFECTIVELY AND WRITING AS WELL AS WATCHING AMERICAN TV OR MOVIES are what we're gonna do in order to improve english. and probablely the only way except going to the U.S.
