    Laws are the guarantee of the stability of a society and its deveploment, and are the basis on which human civilization stands. However, with the world growing increasingly complex along with endless problems, the law system itself is developed to become more sophisticated and comprehensive , thus some begin to question that whether we should obey all laws since some maybe unfair. In my perspective, it is too naive and unrealistic to "disobey unjust laws".
     To begin with, I believe we should first identify the definition of unjust laws, which I found difficult to define. Laws are instituted by government and experts according to the problems and needs of society. As for individuals, it is difficult to define whether a law is just or unjust, since man is likely to be restricted in his own point of view. A same issue may seem completely different in various individuals' minds due to respective knowledge, values, personality and ideology. Take the example of abortion, some consider it reasonable and commonplace whereas others may find it outrageous and immoral, thus it is impossible to conclude whether the law that permits abortion is just or unjust. In addition, other than perspective, people in many cases are unconsciously driven by their personal interest, which means laws are prone to be detested when contradicted to the interest and profit of individuals.  In fact, many controversial issues in society is inclined to incur blame on laws, however laws should not be defined simply owing to diverse viewpoint or personal interest.
      Further more, the support of disobeying or even resisting the so called unjust laws virtually serves to undermine the society for people find it warranted and justified to violate the laws. Once the proposal of disobeying unjust laws be accepted, perhaps it will be difficult to find any "just laws" in future. People will simply claim any law that stands in the way of their pursuing personal desires as unjust laws that can be neglected, the result of which is societal chaos and uncontrolled crimes. The way of expressing discontent and disapproval should not be the taken of disobey and resistance toward existing laws. Rather, people should seek to democratic reformation and legal process to rectify any true unfairness in laws.
      In sum, it is our responsibility to conform to existing laws since no one has the authority to conclude whether a law is just or not, yet any unfairness and flaws of a law should and can be addressed through the way of legal resort.

However,这里虽然有转折的意思，但前面一句其实更像背景引入，前后的力度其实是不对称的。所以，用however感觉有点诡异 with the world growing increasingly complex along with endless problems, the law system itself is developed to become more sophisticated and comprehensive感觉这两个词是褒义的，用在这里不太合适 , thus some begin to question that whether we should obey all laws since some maybe unfair. In my perspective, it is too naive and unrealistic to "disobey unjust laws".这句看来是Thesis了，作为一个thesis的话，不妨再明确一些，清晰一些，有力一些，不要仅仅用naïve 和 unrealistic两个词带过，老外很看重thesis呢

Rather, people should seek to democratic reformation and legal process to rectify any true unfairness in laws.这一段包含了两个观点，从the way开始不妨可以扩一扩，独立成段，比如说尽管单纯的不遵守是如何如何的，但是法律归根结底是为人服务的，法律也不是一成不变的，所以如果法律确实危害了谁谁的正当（汗，正当很难定义啊。。。）利益，我们还是应该通过正规渠道，用怎样怎样的手段来改进它。。。（这个。。。都是临时随便想的，你取舍一下吧）

翼翼的结尾一直很不错的，学习之

我想这道题的时候，觉得有一点不容易讲清楚：如何在1. unjust与否无法定义 与 2. 不好（汗，暂时用“不好”代一下，想不出合适的）的法律确实需要改进  这两点之间保持全文的coherence。
也就是说，虽然绝对的说很难有unjust和 just之分，但是不合理的、需要改进的法律确实是存在的，那么前一种为何很难区分（这一点翼翼讲得非常清楚了），而后一种又是依据什么标准判断的呢？这个，很难讲清楚啊。如果前面是从绝对意义上来讲的话，这里估计就要从相对意义上来讲了。或者从个体的角度出发，当个人觉得法律不合理、或者危害了他/她 的利益时，可以（甚至应该）提出意见。
汗，只是想想，没有写过，基本上又是一派胡言。。。
