"The only responsibility of corporate executives, provided they stay within the law, is to make as much money as possible for their companies."
对于公司的执行官,他们唯一的任务就是在法律允许的范围内,为公司赚尽可能多的钱。
中心:对于一些小型的公司和企业,论题基本是对的;但对于大型的有举足轻重作用的公司     和企业,为了公司的进一步发展和保持霸主地位,论题就完全不适用了。
提纲:1。小公司小企业的任务基本就是赚钱。
      2.对于大公司,为了保持地位,维持庞大的体系,必须不可避免的与社会其他方面 如环保,慈善事业和政治发生千丝万缕的联系。
      3.大公司为了发展长久,永葆青春,必须善待员工,对员工负责,不能唯利是图了。
用时:1:20。。。
请各位排砖,指点下哪些地方可以省点笔墨,有排者留链必回拍,而且必定一拍毙命。谢谢^-^
Administering a grocery store is quite different from operating a gigantic incorporation, as a famous politician has said and I paraphrase. When the business is not large, the only responsibility of corporate executives could be to earn as much money as possible. However, since manipulating a tremendous corporation,each action of which will pose profound effect on the market or even the whole world, the situation is quite dissimilar. To ensure the corporation a long life and more powerful development, the executive of it must take on other responsibilities such as donation, environment protection and the wellbeing of its employees.

The responsibility of the ordinary stores or several-employee factories, as the incipient and insignificant form of the business, is mainly to gain profits. The corporation is mostly a tool for sustaining mankind’s subsistence. The money it attains could only be used to maintain the lives of the staff, at the same time, used to develop the corporation larger gradually. At this stage of a company, to ask the corporation to take too much responsibility for the society and others seems unpractical and ineffective, since originally the money could be utilized better to make a lasting development.

While the incorporation has evolved to the dinosaur in the business field, the executive of it has to start taking an overall view on his/her company and the
circumstance. No matter if the manager is voluntary, the corporation inevitably have to involve with the relative field's advancement, the social reputation and even the politics, if the corporate executive wants to keep the leading position of his/her corporation in the market. To illustrate the view one needs to look no further than the soft giant Microsoft, until now the corporation has patronized over 1 billion dollars to research institutions for developing the immunity for defending AIDS, let alone innumerable amount of money he has donated to many universities and careers. And additionally, other famous companies such as Oracle, Hp, resemble the soft giant and I believe the donation and responsibility of expediting other development is more or less a business policy. Each corporation which has arrived nearly to the peak in own career, in order not to be recognized as a huge money-making machine and king of vampire, must do certain benefits to the society, or the company will take risk of being supplanted by other competitors at one night or decomposed by public forcibly.

Besides, to a giant company, another never negligible task is how to enable the corporation to keep powerful in the future. The responsibility of the executive becomes to spread some notions and express overall cares on its staff, in order to keeps his/her enterprise enduring. The most glorious paradigm is a Japanese factory which is famous for ship's manufacturing. Once the employee enters the factory, the factory will take over all trivial things relative to the worker's job and also carry out positive methods to help the employee solve many problems in the private affairs of the employee. It's really hard to imagine a corporation taking no notice of the welfare of the staff, or even exploiting them gregariously, will have a stable and harmony circumstance for working inside, which is the characteristic of a long-life company.

To sum up, we could quote a sentence (and I paraphrase) in the film "spider man" as a conclusion to this essay and that is--Super capability means to take
more and greater responsibility. The argument whether the sole goal of corporate executive is to earn as much money as possible must be treated conditionally,and to a small company or corporation, it may be suited, while to a developed one, it can never be true.

方式不同

小公司要发展,但可能不必像大公司一样担负起很多责任,这一点我主要是联系实际,可能我没表达清楚,那可真是文章的失败阿。

观点阐明得比较好,无论是初期的追求实利还是成熟的而追求声誉。
个人感觉第一段有些长,可以压缩。主要是后面对于大公司的描述,没必要把理由完全说到位。
二段的论述可以再加强,其实也不是很弱,只是和后面比起来感觉论证不是很有力度。
总体来讲这篇文章写成这样已经很好。。。
