The phrase itself may be ambiguous without respect to the concrete cases,but, regretably, it would be meaningless until being applied into different situations. What I am talking about is that the implication of the phrase is quite clear in that case to which you seemingly turn a blind eye.

在给了特定语境的情况下,这个词的意思,只有一个.干得好!!! well done
大家似乎把这个问题弄得复杂化了.

how the hell ya know what EXACT situtation it's referring to??? pretty curious ya were peeping or what....obviously the author took an example, no doby....but it's not the ONLY or the EXACT situtation he was referring to, in my freakin opinion....he was askin from general.....so why not give a full definition rather than a tiny piece..... does it cost ya too much breath????
