Would you please tell me the qualification of applying for the scholarship except with the high score of linguistic exam (such as G&T etc.) and excllent performance on ca-mpus?

That is, what are the OTHER sectors that ensure me succeeding in applying for scholarship?

I'm a green hand on this, thanks for anyone across by.

different institutes employ different standards to grant scholarships, so u r supposed to deliver ur enquiries directly to the unis u applied. but somethin im dead on sure is that nothing could ensure u for bursary permission.

May I ask one more question?
I noticed that brand of my uni may claim an critical argue among the factors of application, while in fact I was only a second-class campus stdudent(bit of embarrassment)...but that's OK ,since it has been assumed,would you tell me the surplus strengths requires hardwork but not ...that be able to realize my dream?
I majoring in admin&system of info, an just-borned course combined economic with IT tecnological.
Call me iron, nice talking with you.

still depends on the tier ur proposed unis stand...but ur lower degree classification really places u at a disadvantage! however, u r supposed to publish some kind of high quality academic articles, enter some significant research projects conducted by leadin scholars or somethin like that so as to hit ur target.

Does brand that critical?
Are there anyone in your life suceeded in applying for the scholarship stands on the same stage as well as me? Please let me know and give me sort of light...
Thanks for Joe's suggestion, which leads me to another corner based on the current situation. If it's a must,I WOULD not think it wise enough to make such an decision.
Anyhow, nothing is impossible to a willing heart, I won't give up.
