开头：Education is a complex and crucial system in our society. I agree with this claim that parents and communities, as well as a group of professional educators are responsible for the education. Education which lacks the support and attention from parents and communities is not a complete and perfect one.

第二段：学校需要社区的资金和政策支持。社区还能为学生提供社会实践的机会。社区能监督学校履行职责以及以学生为本位。

第三段：家长是孩子的第一任老师，家长在监督孩子学习方面有责无旁贷的责任。家长必须抽出时间参与家长会。尽可能参加孩子在学校的活动，如运动会，演出等。

第四段：家庭和社区教育是教育专家代替不了的。家长在孩子修养，行为，品格方面对孩子有极深的影响。社区教育能在一定程度上培养孩子的社会意识。这些都是对学校教育的必要补充。

结尾：In sum, the success or failure of a local school depends greatly on the involvement of parents and communities. The communities can offer the financial and policy support, the parents must support the school with their energy and time. Both the parents and communities can supervise the local school put the well-being of the students as the first priority. Only when the involvement of parents and community combines with the professional educators, the local schools can be effective and excellent.

论据：A league of parents of a local school near my home pays much attention to cooperate with the local school to cultivate the students. It has held several activities which invited the parents to take part in with their children. These activities make the parents and their children more understand with each other. The parents’ league also much concern about the psychology health of the children which may be ignores by the local school.
