Whether the education responding to individual needs and interests of each student is truly effective or not, which is a much debated one in that it affected everybody in their daily lives. People may prefer one side to another, although some have no opinion about it. But if I am concerned, I think that the title statement is over simple and in my view education which not only meets the individual need but satisfies the requirement of common communities will be fully effective.

Admittedly, it is imperative that education should satisfy needs and interests of individual students from different grade and knowledge level. Nowadays, the popular tread of pursuing personal characteristic and interest makes them more individuation by which personality can be appeared and satisfaction will be offered. Then educators, their teachers and parents, provide right guides that teach them how to distinguish beneficial characteristic and other side which is quite necessary. Another case is that the measure is helpful to cultivate talent according to students’ knowledge level. There are always prodigies around us and their ability is considerable higher-than-average, whose requirement of quickly acquiring information and getting extensive knowledge can not be satisfied only by common education.

On the other hand, when object educated is considered, the effective education should all people performance all over the country. The aim of education is to improve all people culture a country and lend them to success and happiness after experienced a host of information inputting. Such experience can teach people to become an amicable person to his friends, to his family and to his workmates and set up a comfortable atmosphere between them for more harmonious lives. And A good study is essential for good citizenship. Being educated in school, company, home or society, people will learn how to be a part of the society to build harmonious society. To government, this country is easy to govern and people are easy to organize.

Lastly but not least, the two cases of education cited call for same focus on them in their importance. Lacking any one part of them is not advisable due to their weightiness. The need of person with ability of social development can not be neglected, especially some prodigies who may bring about more contribution and improvement to social progress than average person, which is similar to the fact that better educating all people is one of the leading concerns of government in order to establish a fully harmonious society.

All in all, from what has been discussed above, we can find the title statement is over-simple. After considering carefully its influence, we can draw the conclusion that education which not only meets the individual need but satisfies the requirement of common communities will be fully effective.
