Issue48 The study of history places too much emphasis on individuals. The most significant events and trends in history were made possible not by the famous few, but by group of people whose identities have long been forgotten.

outline：
1. a group of people 是历史前进的基本动力，一个阶层人的需要和意志代表了时代的发展方向
2.个人决定了历史事件的细节,在关键时刻发挥重要作用。
3.但是艺术史更偏重个人。

这题的理由好写，但是解题困难，主题难定。从题目看是问一个事实性问题，历史研究是否过于关注个人。但要回答这个问题实在不好写，我只会写成should类型的，不知算不算跑题。大家讨论讨论吧。

When we study history, the most impressive things may be the names of those great people and their actions. It is easy to understand for their great contribution in every history events and their immortal spirits that encourage us. When concerning to scholar study of history, however, we should pay equal attention to the certain group of people rather than over emphasizing a few individuals, besides the history of art or music.

To begin with, groups of people are the major power to drive history move forward, though those great figures are the representation of them, no matter in the war, social revolution, or a movement, which is the activity of a large mount of people, most of whom did not leave their names in our history book. As the historians believing that no history event happened without reason, every large event, especially the revolution, is coursed by the unbearable contradiction between different groups of people, such as the rulers and the ruled. Considering the French revolution, when Napoleon shouted, thousands response, and why? Besides the ability of Napoleon, it is the anger among those ordinary people, including enlightened nobles, merchants, and suffered citizens that stimulated by the rulers' tyranny, and it is the general increasing of social productivity which asked for a different and advanced social relationships to fit the progressing of it, that made them hold up their guns. It is hard to think that if Napoleon was born hundreds of years previously when the environment was totally different, there would be such a great hero. Moreover, the action of individual

If the group of people built the stage of history and orient the direction of history progress, the individual are the actors on the stage and play every details of the history. As the description of those history stories, those famous people's wisdom and courage always influenced the process of wars, movements, and their words and spirits became the supports of the nation. In the World War II, When Great Britain encountered the heaviest bombardment in history from German, and the people and the army were drived into despair, it was Winston Churchill’s speech that courage the British people to hold on and fight with the enemy on the ruins after the bomb. At then, the voice of Churchill was the voice of the whole nation, and his adamancy leaded Great Britain to the victory of the war.   

However, in some field of history, especially the art, literature, or music, where the great works were done completely by the individuals, presenting their inside emotions or thoughts, it is more significant to study their own stories. Some of the artist touching the edge of possibility and heading the front of art, are always in such a kind of isolation, that people could hardly influence their inner voice and the individual styles. It is these genius who decided the direction of history. Vincent Van Gou, for instance, lived with himself, developed the style of his own, and astonished the whole world. It is hard to say that this chapter of history was written with the help of others.

To sum up, history is a stage on which a few actors play and present a large mount of people. The study of history, besides some history which composed by artists, would better to be emphasized both on group of people and on the individuals.
