报名sub的时候信用卡被decline了，写信问ETS，ETS回信如下:
To clear this account balance, please send US$150.00 by check, money order, or valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express) to the following address:

GRE Accounts

Princeton NJ 08541-6002
Fax: 609-771-7906

据ETS的意思是可以用信号卡解除decline，但是他只给了一个邮寄汇票的地址。再写信问ETS，居然说已经回答过类似问题了，我晕~~ 只好请教版上高人了。如何用信用卡解除decline?
