8.29成都F1 pass+模板和总结

这是迟到的签经了。
寄托之路从去年8月的托福考试到拿到签证，整整一年。中间的酸甜苦辣，只有自己最清楚。真的很感激gter上的xdjm，让我每一步都能顺利过关。
我的背景：硕士毕业，二不挂五地混了两年，突然觉得前途渺茫，并且对臭气熏天的太湖极其失望，坚定了出国的决心。申请的学校很好，读PhD，但自己需要花2000多美元。
学校给我办I-20很晚才寄来，本来约的是8.22 1000，后来被告知8.17形势巨恶劣，只好推迟到8.29。
准备的材料：
1.        交的材料：护照，身份证，156中英文（据说要双面打印，成都现在要求英文用有条码的，记住第三页一定也要带上，我没有带，就被中秘告知下次带来，难道她看到我就觉得我过不了？）157.158（双面打印），I-20，中信银行的签证费收据（现在重庆的都是现场打印，不是现填名字，所以不能转让了），resume，sevis收据。
2.        学习方面的资料：毕业证，学位证，成绩单，各种获奖证书。研究生毕业论文，发表论文的杂志，参加学术会议的论文集。美国大学的offer letter，录取通知，学校证明可以迟到的信（我的I-20过期了）。网页上的专业介绍，导师介绍，program介绍。
3.        资金方面的资料：父母的收入证明，存折，股票证明，房产证
进入正题：
1.        到达领事馆。成都领事馆在美领路人民南路口上。那里是单行道，汽车只能从东往西开，从西边过来就在人民南路上下车就可以了。附近的路标有美领居，生殖卫生学院。
2.        照相。当天到了领事馆首先在对面照签证照，20元，大概需要十分钟。最好到那里照，他们都很专业。
3.        第一关：检查身份证和护照。在美领馆外面的长凳子那里排队，最好问问别人在排几点的。排到头，武警会检查你的护照和身份证，检查完了到前面门外的窗口那里交护照和身份证，然后等在外面。
4.        第二关：进门。里面的武警叫你的名字，给你开门，你才可以进去。进去是一个小门厅，把需要的资料从包里面拿出来，手机需要关掉。所有的东西都需要安检。不过他们的安检门不是很敏感，我衣服上面的拉链是金属的都没有叫。包他们给你寄存，并给你一个小牌子作为领包的凭证。然后在衣服上夹一个牌子，武警会给你开另外一个方向的门，走出去是一个小院子。
5.        第三关：进大厅。穿过小院子，大约7/8米的样子，就是签证厅的门了。也是武警给你开门。走进去就是签证厅了，很小，就只有60平方米的样子。进去就看到哈里波特，感觉不是很像啊，他的脸很瘦，倒是很年轻的。在斜对面的窗口前面排队交给中秘材料。
6.        第四关：中秘收材料。把准备好的材料一起交上去，她会把中信收据还给你一联。我没有把英文156的第三页打出来，被告知，这次算了，下次带来。当时心里很不爽，还没签呢，就说下次？她把你的资料用护照夹好，收到桌子下面，你就可以在凳子上排队了。
7.        第五关：漫长的等待。观察了一下形势。学生不多，大多数是商签和探亲的。进来就听到齐达内过了一个学生，很水。希望遇到他。为了把握形势，我三跳两跳，终于坐到中间那一排的最前面，可以清楚听到他们的对话了。杀手的声音很大，听得一清二楚，哈利的声音小，要尖着耳朵听，齐达内的声音中等，一般能听清楚。板凳正对面挂了一个电视，有教你怎么按指纹的，建议可以看看。哈里波特签的学生好像都不是1000，我听到他问what is the change? 还听到他问上几次是谁面试的？看了一堆资料。他据了一个学生，那个女孩儿问他why，他就说他很忙，后来说的什么我没有听清。齐达内问了一个老师模样的女的谁提供资金，她说是大学提供一部分，后来没有听清，很快就过了。杀手问了一个男学生什么学校什么的，一个资料没有看就过了。杀手动作很快，不像那两个，半天签一个。他的效率挺高的。反正我听到的问题都非常常规，我都准备到了。
8.        第六关：上战场了。排在我前面的三个人都是哈里波特签的，本来以为是他签，可他叫到第四个时却变成我后面的人了，不知道我被分到哪一个，不过好像齐达内和杀手今天都比较水。心情大好。正在和邻座的人交流的时候听到杀手叫我的名字，一句话没有说完就跳起来了。抱着两大包资料冲到他面前，先按指纹。记住先左手再右手，他会用中文和你说。我录得很顺利。然后开始谈：
V: So, ****? （用的我们学校的简称，看来听说过，有戏了）
Me: Yes, *****.
V: What is Audiology?
Me: I won’t study Audiology, I will study *****.
V: I ask you what is Audiology?
Me: (Smile)But I don’t study this, I will study *****
V: (smile)You don’t answer my question, you said you will study *****
Me: (smile)Yes.
V: (smile)Again, my question is what is Audiology?
Me: (smile)I will study ****
V: (smile)You don’t answer my question, again, what is Audiology? Is it *****(我的专业)
Me: (smile)No, it is about Hearing.
V: About hearing. What universities have you applied?
Me: ***********************************
V: Why pick *****(居然用pick，真够口语的)
Me: Because there are only a few universities providing PhD degree focusing on ******, and I want to study ******(后面的关键理由居然没有说，晕)
V: 点头
Me: another reason is because my prospective advisor, he has researched in this area for over 40 years…..
V: 点头。Good deal! (晕，居然这么说)
V:When did you get your Bachelor’s Degree?
Me: (smile)I get in a 7 year program, and get a Master Degree, no individual…..
V: (smile)You don’t hear my question, I ask you when did you get your bachelor degree?
Me: (smile)2002
V: (smile)You still get a Master Degree?
Me: Yes
V: When
Me: 2004
V: Where?
Me: ******** Stomatology.
V: What is Stomatology?
Me: about Oral and Maxillofacial.
V: what is maxillofacial?
Me: (当场晕厥，指着自己的脸比划) this is maxillo, and this……
V: So you will get? (没有等我回答，看我的I-20表) a PhD?
Me: yes.
V: What did you do after graduation?
Me: I went to ****
V: what?
Me: *****, a clinic.
V: what’s the name
Me: ******, then I went to 9th ***** as an assistant researcher.
V: （看我舌头转不过来，笑）nice?
Me: (笑，咬舌头) 9th
V: what’s your career goal? (突然看着我，眼神非常诚恳)
Me: To come back and become a very famous professor。
V: (smile) A very famous professor?（笑，故意重重的发very。转身打电脑。突然转过身）You are approved, （拿章在窗台前面的白条上盖章，撕下一半递给我）get your visa this afternoon.
M: Thank you, bye-bye!
有惊无险的过了。出门，外面已经没有人在排队了。
总结：杀手好像文化程度不高，用词非常口语话。对不知道的科学名词很感兴趣。

1.        关于选学校
1)        I’ve applied for 4 universities, they are *********.
2)        I chose UIUC because there are only a few universities providing PhD program focusing in …….(专业一定要到最细的分支), and UIUC is one of the best. It has excellent faculty and facilities to help me conduct my research..
3)        Another reason is my prospective advisor Prof. ****, he has worked in this area for over 40 years and his current research interest is what I am interested in now. I believe his knowledge and experience will help me much.
4)        Furthermore, the department encourages the PhD student to conduct research in other institute. So I can come back to China and conduct my research with my former advisor.
2.        关于归国原因和计划。
1)        I will come back because I believe I can become a very famous professor much sooner and easier in China than in America. And I don’t think I will earn much less here.
2)        Another reason is if I come back, I can become one of the founders of the discipline of ****, it is a great honor and I will be remembered for this.
3)        After my graduation, I want to come back to Sichuan University and find a position in the faculty. In the first a few years, I will teach **** courses and help my students to become **** and treat *** patients. Then with my experience in teaching and research accumulated, I will try to establish the 1st **** center in China.
3.        怎么知道这个学校的
I got to know this university because of my prospective advisor. When I began to learn ***, I’ve read a lot of international academic journals. And my prospective advisor had published many great articles in these journals.
4. 换专业
I change my specialty because I become more interested in ***** than *****.  China already has many ****, but there’re no ****, even though there’re so many patients need to be treated. I believe to become a **** will greatly help them improve their life quality. Another reason is I think after my graduation, I will get a rare opportunity to become a very famous professor and discipline founder.

经验总结：
1.时间短：签证官给你的时间真的不多，我准备的问题基本没有说完的。可要言简意赅真的很难，毕竟不是母语啊。大家在练习的时候尽量精简吧，到时候一紧张，一般也说不完的。
2.克服紧张。我是没有做到的。本来进去以前反复告诫自己，放慢语速，听清楚，可一上去就慌了。其实签证官真的很好的，我就觉得杀手看我的眼神非常诚恳，并没有为难我的意思。
3.注意交通安全。去签证，难免紧张。肾上腺素疯狂分泌，人处于急性应激状态，容易心不在焉，所以提醒大家，一定要注意交通安全啊!!!!!成都领事馆靠近十字路口，车很多。又在修地铁，交通比较混乱的。
