有没有人能告诉我什么是CO-OP？CO-OP出来的DEGREE会不会比REGULAR的低一级。。。？会不会含金量较低？

.......是这样的，U OF WATERLOO有一个DOUBLE DEGREE PROGRAM，但是是FOR CO-OP ONLY的.........所以我想问问CO-OP的DEGREE就低级一点啊............?

actually,COOP is harder than regular program~~~
and you are earning money if you in it~~~
like what they said the spots are limited ,
and beware of one thing ,visa student are not allowed to work here.

Sigh.

1st case, like 冰火花 said, int. students can't work. Then forget about coop.

2nd case, like school said, "admission is very limited and competition is extremely high" and it's a double program to begin with (that means you have to be accepted by BOTH programs separately), that's no good either.

So either way, probably won't work.

OK,FYI,when I ask for COOP program information ,they(University) always say there are many
int'l students who are doing COOP.and you can apply for work permit to immgration centre.
but when I ask some one who is in Waterloo,he simply told me to forget about it~~~
int'l student have no chance to dig in the program,and I havn't seen a single case that
a Chinese int'l student is in CCOP~~
