University of Minnesota,still it do recommend the SAT

Yale is ok and so as cornell and other universities.
Beacuse on its website it says "If in the student's country SAT is not available,the student don't need to send the SAT test"

However,most guys take that D A M N test,so I think it's better for you to take that.
