The following appeared in an editorial in the Mason City newspaper.

"At present, Mason City residents seldom use the nearby Mason River for any kind of recreational activity, even though surveys of the region's residents consistently rank water sports (swimming, fishing, and boating) as a favorite form of recreation. Since there have been complaints about the quality of the water in the river, residents must be avoiding the river because they think that it is not clean enough. But that situation is about to change: the agency responsible for rivers in our region has announced plans to clean up Mason River. Therefore, recreational use of the river is likely to increase, so the Mason City council will need to increase its budget for improvements to the publicly owned lands along the Mason River."

xdjm们，我终于回来了。
由于情况特殊，在外面多耽误了几天，实在抱歉。我看到坛子里最近三次的作业组长都安排了我，不过没关系，我会尽快补上的。

早晨我仔细浏览了一下我们组的大帖，气氛好像不大对劲哦。我们的复习时间已经过半了，按理说现在很紧张才对，怎么组里冷冷清清的啊。大家感觉现在复习的怎么样了？？？考G是一个自己不断与自己抗争的过程，大家一定要坚持住啊，这个阶段也是最考验人意志的时候了。

兄弟伙们，我刚才统计了一下我出去这20天里大家的作业完成情况。到目前为止，只有2个人完全按时交上了第十次的作业，其余五个人都没有按时交上。
不知道大家是不是有什么想法。如果不是什么特别的原因，那么还是请大家遵守我们小组成立时的规定。

以后我们干脆这样算了，如果上一次的作业没有按时交的话，那么组长在安排下次作业互改顺序时就不安排他了。如果累计达到三次没有交作业，那么就算自动脱离小组，不再是小组成员了。这样才能保证我们小组的都是精英！！！

大家觉得这个提议怎么样？如果没有回复的话就表示赞同了。那么以后就这样执行。
