  为了提高大学的教学质量,所有的教职员工应该去校外参加一些和他们教的课程相关的工作。

Education has always a key word, since it plays a key role in the process of training of the younger generation who are the future of a nation. No one deny the importance of education and the quality of instruction. But on whether all faculty should be required to spend time working outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach, opinions differ. I agree with the speaker and think highly of the requirement. My reasons are listed below.
First, teachers could always keep themselves updated and refreshed when they are involved in the relevant courses many of which are closely related with practice. It is in practice that new method and principles are discovered. Brought into classes, in my experience as a student, new ideas and technologies are really amazing sparks with magic power to inspire interest and excitement among students. The faculty who has the chance to discover or learn this new knowledge is more capable of improving the quality of instruction.
Second, it is a effect and efficient way for teachers to broaden their rang of knowledge in practice who is the best teacher skilled at telling people that in real world there is no specialized knowledge which only deals with one field of study. It’s very possible for the faculty, who are involved in the profession relevant to the course they teach, to come about problems whose solution requires a wide dimension of knowledge. Forced to learn more knowledge of other fields, teachers are greatly enlarged in mind. When it comes to teaching, these intellectual teachers could open one or two or several doors leading a specific field of studying to their students. And this, of course, could increase the quality of introduction strikingly.
Third, the faculty with a practical experience has a clear knowledge of both his working field and the job market. With useful and up-to-date information in mind, a professor can give constructive suggestions to students who are thinking about pursuing a career in that field. This is a great help for them to make accurate analysis and right decisions. Besides, studying in a “real world” and not only concerning about theories, the teachers know quit well which part of knowledge is needed while other parts may have been out of date or need some correction to come up with the experimental results. With the up to date knowledge in hand, teachers are more confident in class.
To sum up, a effective and efficient way to improve the quality of instruction is to encourage all the faculty to do practical as well as theoretical studying. Both teachers and students will benefit a lot from making wise career decisions to enlarging the extension of the knowledge all of which will increase the instruction qualities.

楼上的问题其实也是我头疼的拉,要我列出一二三四的原因来说很容易,但是如何去论证就是老大难了,我现在在看范文,重点看怎么说理怎么论证的

实在没办法了,就比着范文写,他写什么我用自己的话写出来  不过这样感觉超级不爽
也许,习惯了就好了

我跟你的观点不太一样哈。我对作者观点是负大正小的评价吧。我觉得这个话题你写成全正有点难度。反正我觉得至少你没有把我说服。

个人看法哈,我觉得增加字数的最简单办法就是多说废话。打个比方说,就拿你这篇issue,在body的第一段,你第一句提出你的观点说老师应该随时更新知识,然后你可以说如果不这样会产生什么后果bla~bla~bla~~~~反正就是这些废话,没有多少实际意义,但是可以帮你增加字数。
结束了。。。生活一下空出很大的空隙,让人猝不及防。。。

偶觉得刚开始练还不急着硬凑字数,能把道理说明白才最关键。
为了把道理说明白,你可以先正着说一边,然后从反面说一下影响,然后再顶上个例子,一大段就出来了,如果字数还感觉不够,可以在举例之前分析一下TS,顺便相你的例子靠拢,这样感觉比较合适。
个人拙见。
