The modern time marked by the rapid growth and drastic change has a profound impact on people’s lives and education is playing more and more important role in developing oneself. Only the professional educators involving in education can not promote the quality of instruction. The integrated education system, in fact, consist of three parties. Parents and communities also have the obligation to educate the students.

There is no doubt that the professional educators take the leading responsibility in the whole education system.. They are well trained to have professional knowledge and skills on instruction. Moreover, nearly every educator may directly influence the students’ words and deeds in many facets.

On the other hand, parents also take charge of children’s progress. First, it is indubitable that children are subtly swayed by their parents in quotidian life. As we all know, parents are regarded as the first teacher of children. And their behavior is of much significance to children. Accordingly, parents are in duty bound to nurture their children. Second, parents may make contributions to development of the local schools, for example, they will provide kinds of feedback to the school educators once there is something wrong with the children’s learning. As a result, the both sides, parents and educators, can cooperate with each other to promote education in the schools. Last but not least, parents are more motivated by pride and ego than any other person to take whatever measures are needed to ensure their children receive the best education. Usually, they will take part in the administration of the local schools and give some constructive advice to improve the quality of education.

Not only parents but communities should involve in the local schools. On one side, they supply different kinds of environments to children, to some extent, to make up for something the local schools have neglected. It is common that some schools are in great need of resources which are beneficial to children, such as gymnasium, library, and something alike. Fortunately, communities are wonderful supplements in this sense. Children can make full use of such convenience to develop themselves comprehensively. On the other side, communities take invisible impact on children’s personality. Education received in the classrooms can be impaired if children are influenced by bad manners existing in communities. Evidently, Children will be frustrated by the phenomenon that somebody break across the zebra crossing when the red light is on just because it conflicts with instruction from the educators that people should observe the traffic regulations. Thus, communities should try to promote excellent atmosphere to shape children’s sound personality.

To sum up, education is an extremely complex system referring to professional educators, parents and communities. Effort should be made from each aspect to guarantee children’s development.
