我可能理解错了，我理解的是：

+ A% Q2 q, Y$ {4 g注意我空格（停顿）的位置，是2种不同的理解。

问题：
1。到底怎么理解？
2。我已经寄出去了，Section D空着，怎么办？要不要补寄一封？（我Family Contribution填的很清楚）
