1.    In virtue of the international communication networks such as the airlines connecting metropolitan cities, it is convenience for teachers, artists, scientists, and leaders to travel from one country to another. The intercourse between countries will be in higher frequency.
e.g. The chairman of China and Bush met more than 6 times a year.
2.    The network of computers offers convenience and overall information accesses, so it is easy to search all the information one need. Without, it is difficult
e.g. the Mendel - law of heredity be found several years later, which inaugurate a new era of genetics.
  Know more about other countries’ art and educition
3.  The economy has been global that the labor can be divided by different countries. So the resource would be made best use and many aspects of the society would be promoted.
e.g. Different parts may be made in different countries and be connected to form a watch.

1、  肯定伟大国家的第一要素是人民生活好福利，人民生活都保障不了的国家一定不好。例子，前苏联冷战前虽然是除美国外的第二大国，但是人民生活福利不能保障，经济发展不好，最终还是政治瓦解。印度的例子。
2、  统治者、艺术家、科学家的成就也是伟大国家的重要因素
3、  统治者、艺术家、科学家的最终目的还是致力于人民福利的提高，所以根本就是福利。
3、 rulers，统治者做了哪些外交手段保证国家safe。 科学家们 for health之类的，艺术家们提高了国家的文化价值，或者通过作品使人民有更好的心态,精神文明方面。

2、  根据不同地方的特点，法律要有灵活性。手术民族，宗教信仰的特殊性，美国没有死刑，中国有死刑，polygamy，计划生育，abortion
3、  法律也要有一致性，确保社会秩序稳定。主要三个方面：时间/人/环境的一致
      印度杀害女模特的高干子弟 最后因为迟迟没有被判罪 引起公愤（例子不多）
      每个国家都有统一的法律，不可随意修正
