Issue5(教育类的最后一篇)
A nation should require all its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college rather than allow schools in different parts of the nation to determine which academic courses to offer.

Should a nation require all its students to study the same national curriculum in their elementary education or allow schools in different parts of nation to determine which subject students can take? The author prefers the former one , on my opinion, some common courses actually  must taken by all children and also different areas can own the right to decide some special courses to meet their needs or maintain their local culture.
  
One question must  be placed on the table when we talk about education that is what is the basic purpose of education .First, the students should be taught a series of methods of how to think and how to handle the unknown problems they will encounter in the future rather than the specific knowledge. Second, all the education providers involved in the learning process such as educators, teachers and parents should teach students especially elementary students moral standards and judgments and make them to know what is right and what is wrong . Therefore some conmen courses must be taken by every student to shape and cultivate their characters in their early age, for example verbal, language, math, history, philosophy, psychology, art and so on.
  
Another benefit of studying the same curriculum is maybe it makes the education more efficient and more orderly. It is convenient for education administration to arrange examination and provide every student the equal opportunity to pursue higher education What is more, when student move into another school they will not waste time to become adjust to current courses.
  
However, studying the same curriculum may bring about a lot of problems as well. On the one hand, it destroys the interests and curiosity children hold to the world, they read the same books ,do the same house work, answer the same questions, all these activities make the learning process dull and un-colorful. Also, if a new idea sparked in their minds they have no theory to introduce, they long for some special courses eagerly to meet their strong desires of knowledge

On the other and, by taking the same curriculum some region' special value and ethnic customers can not be passed on from one generation to the next, so the government should entitle the local educational administration to make a decision on which courses to offer .For example, some areas where people hold Christ as their belief can offer course to teach their children learning Bible.
  
in sum , when a nation is concerning with what courses should students take and whether it is proper for local government to decide the first thing is making sure that which pattern is benefit and valuable for our children and how can educate our children better .

Should a nation require all its students to study the same national curriculum in their elementary education or allow schools in different parts of nation to determine which subject students can take?(开头简练好点~没必要重复题目<如果一定要用问句的话,Whether students are designed to study the same national curriculum or the academic courses arranged by the regional decision? >当然还有其他更好的问句表达~ The author prefers the former one, on (in) my opinion, some common courses actually must taken by all children and also different areas can own the right to decide some special courses to meet their needs or maintain their local culture<文化限得范围小了点,讲地方特色之类的,或许地方经济发达,人们要求更好的高科技教育~城市也许推广计算机教育,而乡村可能不能马上实现,但不能因为乡村没有条件实现,整个国家的教育起码是城市的教育就停止尝试新的教育课程的方案,这个概念最好广点~>.The author prefers the former, in my opinion, students should be required to take some national curriculum including basic courses, while the different areas are also entitled the right to determine the additional courses for the sake of the variously regional condition.】  

One question must  be placed on the table when we talk about education that is what is the basic purpose of education (When it comes to the education, the main purpose of education should be placed on the table.) .First, the students should be taught a series of methods of how to think and how to handle the unknown problems they will encounter in the future rather than the specific knowledge<题目好像没有谈及specific knowledge吧?他是说地区自主开设课程,但并不等于就是开设专业性的课程~难道地区性的教育给就会忽视了学生的思考方式,问题解决能力的培养吗?什么是统一课程?什么是地区性的课程?教育的目的是什么?教育的目的是怎样条融入到统一性的教程当中的?也就是说national curriculum怎么样去体现教育的目的?>. Second, all the education providers involved in the learning process such as educators, teachers and parents should teach students especially elementary students moral standards and judgments and make them to know what is right and what is wrong ( 这可以算教育的目的与手段,但别扯远了,就题论题~) . Therefore some common courses must be taken by every student to shape and cultivate their characters in their early age, for example verbal, language, math, history, philosophy, psychology, art and so on<这里可以不举例,让人觉得这段没结束,这句可以小总结概括一下>.这里教育的目的简单地带过,毕竟主题不是这个,而且,结尾那句与前面的没多大关系~你是想说教育的目的要求学生必须学习national curriculum, 但在段中的过于渲染了教育的目的,没把两者结合起来~

What is more, when student move into another school they will not waste time to become adjust to current courses(这个理由不充分~.【这段的衔接不到位~在TS中,你已经默认了national curriculum的好处了,然而在之前的一段中没有体现出来,也就是没过度。另外,在谈到这个national curriculum时没有表达清楚怎么more efficient and orderly,接下的provide every student the equal opportunityTS没有连接上,有断层感~当然可以添加一点平等机会的因素,也是学生进入高等学府的必备因素之类的~  

However, studying the same curriculum may bring about a lot of problems as well. On the other and,(In addition, on the other hand表转折,两段是递进或并列的吧?若与上面连接的话,用for one thing… for another…) by taking the same curriculum some region' special value and ethnic customers can not be passed on from one generation to the next, so the government should entitle the local educational administration to make a decision on which courses to offer .For example, some areas where people hold Christ as their belief can offer course to teach their children learning Bible.(例子最好具体点。。。)
  

In sum , when a nation is concerning with what courses should students take and whether it is proper for local government to decide, the first thing is making sure (没有这种用法~to make sure) that which pattern is benefit and valuable for our children and how can educate our children better .( national curriculum好还是不好的分层太突然了,你只分别说了好好与不好,文章中并没有体现出你的立场)


文章的逻辑结构没有分好~
B1 national curriculum好;
B2 national curriculum也有弊端;
B3 这样的弊端可以有地区性的教育来弥补
