The following appeared in a letter to the editor of the Walnut Grove town newspaper.
"Walnut Grove's town council has advocated switching from EZ Disposal (which has had the contract for trash collection services in Walnut Grove for the past ten years) to ABC Waste, because EZ recently raised its monthly fee from $2,000 to $2,500 a month, whereas ABC's fee is still $2,000. But the town council is mistaken; we should continue using EZ. EZ collects trash twice a week, while ABC collects only once. Moreover, EZ-which, like ABC, currently has a fleet of 20 trucks-has ordered additional trucks. Finally, EZ provides exceptional service: 80 percent of respondents to last year's town survey agreed that they were 'satisfied' with EZ's performance."

In this argument, the arguer does not agree with the decision of Walnut Grove's town council to choose ABC for trash collection rather than EZ. To support his recommendation, he points out several reasons. First, EZ collects trash twice that is one more time than ABC each week. Second, EZ-which, like ABC, currently has a fleet of 20 trucks-has ordered additional trucks. And last, he provides a survey performed last year which showed 80 percent of respondents agreed that they were satisfied with EZ' service. However, over close scrutiny, the author' points of view were not enough to convince me to support his suggestion.
  
First of all, the evidence that EZ collects trash twice a week while ABC just once could not suggest EZ does more work and provides more service than ABC. Maybe the fact is EZ doesn't have the ability to collect all the trash in the town one time because of the shortness of workers or other restraintions of subjective condition while ABC can handle this heavy task, or for another reason that maybe they divide the town into two parts and they collect trash of one part in a time, so they must collect twice a week to accomplish their work. If the auger can't give necessary information why EZ collects trash twice he couldn't convince me
  
Second, the author says EZ currently has a fleet of 20 trucks-has ordered additional trucks as many as ABC. But how about the quality anger capability of the trucks ,probably the trucks are second-hand thus when they are working they make a lot of noise and disturb people's daily life. Therefore in this condition I can partly hold the idea that the trucks of ABC are better than EZ and they can fulfill the work better unless the author tells more details about the trucks
   
What' more, there are something unclear about the survey done last year. Maybe the survey just ask people whether they satisfied with EZ and there was no other selection ,if there was ABC also placed on the paper maybe more people would agree with it rather than EA .In addition, the survey  last year can't reflect the new attitudes people have this year to EZ' service.  the  ABC knew their deficiency and the poor service they provide so they has done their best all through the year to train their staff，enhance their quality of work, bring in new methods to make higher efficiency and so on ,maybe they are better than EZ now. So the author should make a new survey to support his assertion.
   
In sum , to convince this recommendation the arguer should provide more details about the reason why EZ collects trash twice a week , the condition of trucks in EZ and does a new survey to show the attitudes people hold to both service of EZ and ABC this year.
