2.**must.在一些情况下告诉the public 实情还能帮助政府度过危机【例子就是SARS在2003年在中国，如果不告知民众，那么很有可能大家不知道如何预防这种virus，使得更多的人染上它，但告知后，人民在政府的领导下，降低了感染上这种virus的人数，成功的控制了virus】
3.Will. 要公开.过度的隐瞒会造成民众与政府间的隔阂，并最终可能损害民主的根基

Issue 108：
                  1.watching the proceedings can help the public focus on the issues taht affect their lives , the public needs transparent politics which can show more details about how the policy making, which helps to build a more democratic society
2.more proceedings are televised ,more perils the country will at ,when the secret information leaks
3. so selectively telvised the proceeding is the right way not only meet the public's demands but also keep its core information

Issue 82 ：
                    1. to the artistic works, we neccessarily censor them to eliminate which conveys unhuman thoughts though the canvas ,picture and other artisic forms
2. to the historical displays the government should censor them sometimes that we must strongly refuse the one distorts history which misleads the public
3.Moreover , we are in duty bound to widespread various artistic works conveying healthy thoughts, and the historical displays reflecting the history objectively

Issue 123  ：
                       1.Arabia regional 服饰 反映了their religion beliefs , and in the special area , religion stands for the politic
2. in communicating with somebody you can easily 了解 his or her educational level .**服饰和谈吐同时显示出人的阶层，受教育程度。通常情况下，民主党更关注社会福利事业，下层人民生活状况，以中下层阶级居多；而共和党更关心垄断大资本家（monopolistic capitalist）利益，中上层阶级。in the conversation , you can also know his or her political trend
3.cannot judge a person just from his outside ,someone can hide their purpose to cheat others
4.to sum ,the best way to 了解 a person is to communicate with him not from outside

                statement :A让员工参加E
fallacy：
1.速度课程是否生效不能光看阅读速度，主要看对读物的理解吸收速度，速度快吸收为0 达不到目的，因此通过500页之例不能说明E有效了
2.无证据证明职位的上升与E有关
3.阅读速度快不等于吸收多
4.没有具体说明带来的收益是多少，因此无法证实没人500元就是小数目

Argu 235 :++
                   statement:若干因素表明KNOW电台应该把它的节目从摇滚乐转成连续的新闻节目
fallacy：
1.老年人数量的增加不能说明问题，因为没有数据证明绝大部分的老人喜欢新闻
2.临近城市新闻成功在我们的城市不一定成功
3.在大选前关注新闻是特定时间内的特征，不能以此来推断平时的状况
4.音像店销量的下降说明不了收听率的下降

Argu 163 :
                       statement:Rockingham应该拆除具有百年历史的市政厅并用一些市民所提议的更大更节能的建筑来代替
fallacy：
1.推楼要花钱
2.面积大能节能么？面积达，采暖制冷前更多
3.**3．节省支出也不光在电上，还有水费，维修费，清洁费……或许更花费列
4.没有说明出租会用多少钱，所以不能确定的说增加收入
