ISSUE93."The concept of 'individual responsibility' is a necessary fiction. Although societies must hold individuals accountable for their own actions, people's behavior is largely determined by forces not of their own making."

反对，个人职责不是虚构。个人职责是时时刻刻都必须要求的，尤其在当今这个多种文化并存，多民族共存的复杂的社会。
首先，为了家庭的健康发展，和子女的培养，个人要为家庭负责。家庭是个人生活的基本环境。家庭夫妻不和，矛盾不断；没有尽到教育子女的责任，孩子违反纪律，逃学，犯罪，吸毒
其次，任何一个有组织，有目标的，积极向上，不断壮大的公司都要求职工能够为自己的行为负责。
再次，个人是社会的成员，只有个人为社会负责，社会才能够平稳，健康的发展。如果说家庭是个人生存的小环境的话，那么社会就是个人生存的大环境，只有大环境和谐了，小环境才能够存在，个人也才能更好的发展。
总结，个人职责永远是一个提倡的道德准则，只有每一个人都能够做到为家庭，为事业，为社会负责任，个人才能够不断发展，社会也才能够不断进步。

Is the concept of "individual responsibility" a necessary thing or just a fiction? In my opinion, it absolutely is a conception needed to be hold by anyone especially in the contemporary times with sorts of culture and races mixed.

First of all, individual responsibility for the children education and good relationships among family is obviously required. Since the family is the den for individual to rest on; thus, unless the circumstance around the individual is harmonious, the individual could not be invigorated from the family. If wife and husband quarrel everyday for petty things such as the house-cleaning, the shopping pick-up, can the adults achieve the purpose of rest back from work? And if the children disobey rules, drop out from schools, commit crimes and get drug addiction because of the lacking of adults education responsibility, can the children grow to be an excellent or even an informed one? Therefore, only if the adults and children could be responsible for their own behaviors, could the family be a comfortable harbor for members to stay in and could the children become the person filled with knowledge?

Secondly, any good organized, aspirant and developing company asks its employees to be responsible for their own jobs. As members of firms, employees, being responsible for their jobs, could work filled with wisdom and enterprise and then inspire the potential of the companies.  For example, nowadays, almost all companies set the rewards and punishment system. Then, more pains, more gains, and no pains, no gains. The employees responsible for their own actions and work effectively could get promotion more quickly than the ones not, for the reason that their responsible deeds and energetic behaviors make great profits for companies. Thus, companies should establish appropriate regulations to attract the employees to be responsible for their work, if the companies would like to expand and enlarge in the future market.

Moreover, it is also necessary for individual to have a sense of responsibility for society. If the family is a small den for individual to rest on, then the society is the large nest for individual to live in. Unless individual is in harmonious with the society, both the society and individual could develop ceaselessly. Now, lots of questions of the environment such as the ozone hollow, air pollution, let of the waste water, and soil desert hinder the development of society for the shortage of the individual responsibility; furthermore, during the second world war, Hitler massacred the Jews, and the affair, which was not responsible for the moral standard of the public, was denounced by people from then on and Hitler himself was unacceptable by society. What' more, the human clone is always a controversial tissue. Thus any person who will try to clone another person without concerning the social responsibility he/she should take is certainly to be condemned and not recognized by people. Therefore, both for the development of individual and society, individual should take responsibility for society.

In conclusion, as what I have talked above, not only the family, the career but also the society call for individual responsibility. If there is no individual responsibility in family, there will be a mess; if there is no individual responsibility in firms, the companies could not have enlarged; and if there is no individual responsibility in society, no people would have a foot stand in the world because of the repulse from others.
