大多数人被教育说忠诚是一种美德。但是，忠诚－无论对于朋友、学校、受雇公司或任何机构来说，经常都是一种有害而非积极的力量。

3.       这不是忠诚本身的问题，如果大家都不忠诚了，将使事情变得更糟。但是大家都忠诚的话，忠诚是积极的力量并非有害。.

Loyalty is a virtue all over the world. With the rapid development of world, however, the society becomes increasingly complicated that some people agree, just like the speaker claims that loyalty whether to one’s friends, to one’s school or place of employment, or to any institution is all too often a destructive rather than a positive force. The speaker’s declaration seems imply that we should not be loyal. I do not agree it for following reasons.

To start with, the loyalty is a virtue which any good person should be qualified. What are the critera for us to choose friends? The first one appearing in our mind must be the loyalty. We do not need a lier even if when we have no friend. For a company, it needs staff be loyal to its company, in that it not only benefits the stability of staff but also makes the whole company lucrative.

Unfortunately, on one hand most people are told that people should be loyal, on the other hand  some people begin to realize that be loyal to friends, to school , or place of employment, or to any institution is destructive to themselves. This sounds very satirical, but it does the case. In the daily life, we experience, see, or hear a large number of things about the cheating among friends, gradually, people begin to hide their real aspect to people because they are afraid of being hurt by their friends, nowadays, it is too hard for a person to find a real friend, and people become more and more aloof. Most companies, may be all the companies emphasis on loyalty. However, some companies, when they got the belief from staff who prepare to put their large part of life to the company, managers begin to “steal” large part of profits from them and send a little to employers, once the company faces the crisis, managers will flee with large amount of money and leave their staff behind, therefore, employers who suspicious of their companies are reasonable.

However, is it true that loyalty is all too often destructive rather than a positive force?  Apparently, it is not. Although sometimes loyalty makes us suffered, the existing of loyalty and the appealing for it rightly confirm loyalty is a positive force rather than a destructive one. For instance, (暂时想不起来，想到了在填补，可否提供点材料？)

In sum, loyalty is our virtue and it will be maintained forever. With the help of society and the belief of people, loyalty will be the positive one almost all the time.
