TOPIC: ISSUE17 - "There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

提纲：法律尽管有公正与不公正的差别，不遵守或者违抗不公正的法律却并不是长久之计。
1 一味的否认所谓的不公正的法律是不对的，不同的时间，不同的地区都会导致人们认为法律存在不公正性。这种不公正是无法更改的。而有些不公正事实上在某些时候又是为人们所接受的。
2 即使是在同样的时代，同一个地方，人们的背景不同也会导致对法律公正性的认知不同，但这不是反抗法律的理由。
3 归根结底，法律是统治阶级统治被统治阶级的工具，因此要求它完全公正是不可能的，但是同时统治阶级也会尽量考虑被统治阶级的想法。
一味的反抗只会使得社会动荡，人们需要的是遵守公平的法规，并对政府提出修改好的建议来建立一个和谐的社会。

Nowadays, as democratic advancement is speeding up, people pay more attention on whether the situation they in is fair or not. Considering about laws, there are two kinds of them, one is just and the other one is on the opposite. Individual should obey the just laws, and they should do one's best to improve the situation in stead of disobey or resist unjust laws.

On one hand, it is not fair to totally deny the so called unjust laws. Of course just ones promise human rights for citizens, but this is only seemly just at present. People in different society and different period have the different views of fair. After all, the fair law is only a representation, while the essence is complying with the tidal current of time and conforming to the majority’s demand. As the developing of world, notions of human are changing all the time. Back to the ancient feudal society, people followed the king's words and generally believed people who disobeyed that were against justice. When the Roman Vatican was in power, they changed legal system by all means to make people submit to their authority. Some of the regulations even spread to today while some others disappeared. And most of such stipulation which still exist is figured unjust because people live modern lives which are strongly different from the old days. What about society? The laws fit for one society may not fit for outside places, and that will also be considered unjust in another place. But that could not be the reason to resist them.

On the other hand, even in the same society and at the same time, there is not anything could be eventually just. In fact, people are in different social stratums, and that would be the obstacle for the just. Take tax law for an example: people who do not earn much money think that the tax giving to government is too much while the rich people may doubt in the necessarily of their massive tax money because others give only 1/10 or even less of theirs. What about the government? They make every effort to perfect laws, engaging to balance the balance sheets and reduce the financial deficit, but citizens do not like it and even call it unjust. How do we face this? This kind of laws makes the society develop healthy and steadily, shall we resist it or disobey the natural of society, just for engaging an imagination of a just world which is unrealistic?

In the final analysis, laws are materials which are used by the ruling class for managing the subject classes. The materials are for the people in charge, and the majority of people after all are ordinary populace who should accept this and obey the rules. Actually, no one in charge wants to be hated by nations for that will reduce his political life. Therefore, the government also hopes the law can obtain approval of the people. But first of all, it is in the favor of ruling people because politicians never want to be got into troublesome situations by themselves.

In conclusion, disobeying or resisting actions are not the methods which could change the unjust reality, but are unhealthy tendency which will give rise to the possibility of social turbulence. It will make things worse. Alternative way is to obey the just ones and make suggestions to government about the unjust ones. The society itself will make a balance between them.

这篇文改的时间比较长，有一些专业词语我可能用的不是很准确，还希望大家多多包涵~~还有一个感觉是有一些东西不知道怎么表达出来，恩，要努力。:)
