IN OUR ERA, WE OFTEN FAE UP TO THIS PROBLEM: "WOULD THE TEACHERS IN THE UNIVERSITIS SHOULD OR NOT TO SPEND MUCH TIME ON WORKING IN THE SOCIETY ". ACTUALLY, TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE EDUATION AT COLLEGE, THIS IS REALLY A EFFECTIVE METHOD TO MAKE PROGRESS.
EXPERENCISE IS NEEDED IN OUR MODERN SOCIETY, JUST HAVE A LOOK AT THE QULIFICATIONS THE WANTED ADVERTISEMENT SAID, WHICH IS ALWAYS REFERS TO A TWO OR THERR YEARS OF WORKING EXPERENCIS, THAT REMIND US THAT, THE ACDAMIC TIME HAS GONE, WHAT THE STUDENTS NEED NOWADAYS IS EMPHASICISED MORE ON EXPERENCISE THAN THE ABILITY OF READING OR WRITING.
ALTHOGH THE FIRST THING STUDENTS SHALL CONSIDER OF IS LERNING KNOWLEDGE IN SCHOOL, THE PRESSIONS IN THE SOCIETY HAVE MORE AND MORE CALLED UP STUDENTS TO GET TO KNOW THE OUTSIDE WORLD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND TO BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THAT IS THE PROBLEM.
THE INSTRICTION AT COLLEGE IS OFTEN DEPENDS ON THE KNOWLEDGE ON BOOK, BUT THERE IS OF COURESE A BOUNDRY MILES FROM THE REAL WORLD. I HAVE HOLD A RESEEARCH ON THE TOOLS IN BETWEEN THE COEELEG AND SOCIETY, SUMMED UP THE ANSWERS, MY GOUP FOUND THAT NEARLY 83.7% STUDENTS IN UNIVERSITY DID NOT SATISFAID OF THE THINGS THEM GOT IN CLASS, 68.2% OF THEM BELIEVED IF THE PROFESSINS HAVE EXPERENISE OF WORING IN THE SAME OF FAMILIA AREA WOULD HELP, AND ONLY 43% OF THE PROFESSIONS WE ASKED SAID THAT THEY COULD RELEVEANT THE CLASS WITH THE MODERN SOCIETY.
THAT SPREAD TO A FACILITY PROBLEM, TO MAKE PROGRESS OF QULITY OF EDUATION IN UNIVERSITY, PROFEEINS NEED TO SPEND TIME WORKING OUTSIDE THE ACADEMIC WORLD IN PROFESSINS RELEVANT TO THE COURSES THEY TEACH.
ONE OF THE TEAHERS I KNOW ---- WHO IS POPULAR WITH STUDENTS --- HAVE SAID ( AND I PHARIDISE ) :" THE ONLY THING WE FACULTY COULD DO TO MAKE THE CLASS BETTER IS TO GET MORE KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORKING EXPERINES ". BECAUSE OF THE EFFORTS HE MADE, THE MAJORITY OF US ARISED INTERESTS IN THE COURSES HE TOUCHT, WHAT IS MORE, WE KNOW HOW TO GET RESEARH ON IT INSTEAD OF ONLY READING BOOKS OR PAPERS. IN FACT, SOME OF MY CLASSMATES HAVE GOT A IDEAL JOB FOR THEY COULD NOT ONLY GET HIGH SCORES BUT ALSO KNOW HOW TO DO.
CLEARLY, TO HAVE WORKING EXPERENIS AS A STUDENT IS ILLUSION TO SOME EXTENT, BUT IF THE STUDENTS COULD HAVE A GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORK THEY MAY GET, IT ABSOLUTELY MAKE THE COMPENIS THINK OF THEM. ON THE OTHER HAND, THE QUALITY OF INSTRUCTIN IS NOT DEPENDS ON WHAT WE KNOW IN THE UNIVERSITY, BUT COMPLEX WITH THE COMMOND FROM CO. AND THE METHODS STUDENTS GET. THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO ACHIVE THE GOALS IS TO RELEVANT THE CLASS TO THE REALIAST SOCIETY, AND THAT NEED THE FACULTY'S EFFORT.
IN COCLLUSION, THE TIME ON COMPUS IS THE MOST PRESIOUS PART OF EACH STUDENT'S LIFE. IT IS THE OF ALL FACULTY TO MAKE THEY A BEETER LIVIES, THE TEAHERS IN THE UNIVERSITIES NEED TO MAKE EVERY EFFORTS TO MAKE PROGRESS. |
