It is true that how child are socialized today determines the destiny of society, and we have not yet learn the best way of how to raise children. But at least, we are trying to find it.

In fact, the target of our education is to teach the student and accommodate themselves to society. Nowadays, we usually regard the children as the flower of our country or the sun of tomorrow. When one is young, his parents sent him to school and expect him to become capable. At school, the teacher teaches students knowledge and technology about mathematics, language, geography, physics and the skills of how to acclimatize themselves to the society.

By now, education has contributed a lot to society. It has cultivated a lot of persons with ability that can bring about a better society. It perfects the students’ personality which promotes stabilization of the society. In short, education plays an important part in society.

However, there are some scarcities in our education such as studying by rote, violence of campus, and education system. In the field of education, especially in elementary school and high school, when we teach students knowledge, what we consider is not whether they have understand the knowledge but whether they have remember it. Hence, this long-range trend makes students lack of thinking independently. Moreover, it is well-known that the American campus is full of violence of campus, and many students die because of it. Finally, whether the education system is suitable for students will be discussed chronically.

Though the education is deficient, we never stop the steps of consummating it. Nowadays, every advisable country increases the budget for developing education. Many reformers bring forward new ideas about education. The governors continually fashion the education system. All that we have done is to bring up eligible successors.

To sum up, it is very important to socialize children, and education is a good way to achieve the goal. Though there are some scarcities in our education, we have never stopped our steps of consummating it.
