这次感觉不太好,最后说服力的依据不多,可能是省题还是没抓住重点哦,建议组织的同学每次挑选点范围让大家观摩下子~

i completely agree with the statement that effective educations are those who gain attention and feed back from students
,which, makes teaching a interectional process.Notwithstanding, the speaker has gone to far to assert that in order to
satisfy all the learners, courses should be designed specially for each individual, what is insensible and inpractical.

By saying so, the speaker may confuse the concept of two types of education, general education and specified education.
First, general education provides basic principles or common senses that are recognized and accepted by most of people.
Elementary school is one of these place, where children come here with almost empty mind of any personal idea of the world or
rules at all, if given a large number of choices , children may get fuddled , not knowing what to do. In this case, what to
teach them is usually decided by the adults who  are surely more familar about the subjects. In fact, any one need a
introduction and direction when first entering into a new area, even the celebrited genius Newton once said, "i simply
standing on the shoulder of those forerunners".

The latter one , refered as specialized education, are designed who have impetus and show certain potential on particular
field, such as biology, atomics, physics, chemistry. Different from other general studys, students mainly focus on one
subject then be trained to be  specilists. However ,even though, students sometimes share similar lessons for the trend of
desipline interraction continues, the idea of seperate teaching is no longer necessary. After all, students do not work
individual, so it is hard to grasp which lesson is suitable for this one rather than others because there is no common
criterior at all.

Another point may be ignored is that what kind of knowledge is more effective, since one man's meat is another's poison,
no conclusion shall be reached. People could hardly remember what he learned when he was in high school, but after entering
into the society, such things like "treating your neighbours good", "being honest" , "always keeping to the laws" really have
great impact on their whole life. While, by all means, the classes about social ethics,  sense of constitution, freedom ,
equaty , never designed for the taste of individuals? If so, does it means that they are not effective?

In fact, the real meaning of education is just for two objectives. One is the basic opinions accepted by the public,
which is fostered naturally , though abstract and universal, turn out to play an important role on judgement made everday.The
other one is to cause conscious thinking, in terms of various knowledge rushing into mind, people is triggered when they find
special topic the very one. Education itself does not work to  give answers but as a catalyzer , promting further exploration
for ultimate reply.

So far, education becomes so indespensable for the positive influence it has on every students no matter pass good
beliefs or push them forward to exploit a new destination. As long as each one can find what they want through learning,
specified designment is not necessary.
