改了改,互相切磋啊!

The criminal justices says(justice systhem) has long (kept) fingerprints of weasels the kind of (who?) steal cars, rob stores and get ? the river. then there is the carnivores of(carnivorous) mammal called fisher a species of weasel that’s once again doing pretty well up the Hudson river in northern New York after almost being driven to extinction in the 1930s. And now researchers can track fishers by treating them like criminals they fingerprint them which is quite a trick since fishers don’t have them fingers. But their little paws do have patterns that are unique to each individual. There is the only carnivores know have such desirable(discernible) prints. Where human fingerprint ? system ?(consist of ridges) fisher prints are patterns of dots and the dots (?damy)(stymie) the computer software use to compare human fingerprints. So scientists from the Wildlife Conservation Society teamed with experts from the New York state department criminal justice to develop a new technique analyzing compare fishers prints leading to more accurate population estimates. The fisher is wondering into foot bait boxes leave prints and (pop ?) without again. Which some might say ?makes virtually identical to criminal justice system.

May 25, 2007: 60-Second Science

Presence of Passengers Increases Accident Risk

Just having passengers in a car increases the risk of an accident requiring hospitalization about 60 percent.

My grandma is always a bit of chatty café? that is until she was a passenger in a car, then she fall silent, her reason driving a car is a difficult work and requires concentration or so my grandfather told her turn off the other point drivers with passengers are sixty percent more likely to have a car accident that result in hospitalization. That’s according to research from the George Institute for International Health. But is it much passengers distract drivers nothing beats mobile phone from increasing the risk of crashing? The institute analyze nearly 500 serious accidents and found the use of cell phone even hand free increase the likelihood of accidence by four times. While researchers have finger out exactly how car conversation impair driving, (the effect contribute to the 4,000 automobile dust? in the U.S. annually, that’s about the size of family park.? )So what are new cars is being set up TV, internet access more coupled of you can imagine. There is a Disney land distraction inside. Hmm, maybe it time to unplug and focus our ayes and ears on the road ahead.

please check out......

So scientists from the Wildlife ConservationSociety teamed with experts from the New  York state department (of) criminaljustice to develop a new technique to analyze and compare fisher prints leadingto more accurate population estimates. The fishers wandering to foot bait boxesleave prints and pop without(pop goes the weaselout,不确定是不是这个啦。注释一下:pop goes the weasel是一首关于weasel的有名的儿歌)again, which some might say it virtually identical to the criminaljustice system.

顺便问一下 get the scent of the river什么意思?

Shocked! How do you know that?

Search on google "pop goes the weasel",then i find this website,

http://www.niehs.nih.gov/kids/lyrics/weasel.htm

it's a good site in my opinion, the speed of contaction is very fast.

In this website i also find this "http://www.niehs.nih.gov/news/video/science/frontiers/2007/05-11/" also fantastic:)  a lecture given by a person with slide shows.
Enjoy it!

May 25

My grandma always chides chatty Cathy, until she is told that she is a passenger in a car, then she falls silent. Her reason, driving car is a difficult work and requires concentration, also my grandfather told her. Turn to the point, drivers and passengers are 60% more likely to have car accident that results in hospitalization. That is according to a research from Georgia Institute of International Health. But much passenger distract driving nothing beats mobile phone that increase crash. The institution analyzed near 5 hundred serious accidents and found, using cell phone, even hand free, increase the likelihood of body accidents by 4 times. Researchers have not figured out exactly how car conversation impairs driving. The fact attributes to 45 thousand automobiles dent in America annually, that is about the size of phonely park. So new car has been set to TV, internet access, more couple than you can imagine. There is Disneyland distraction inside. Hmm, maybe it is time to unplug and focus eyes and ears on the road ahead.
