When taking about the contradict argument that who should determine the courses, the nation or schools themselves in different places, different people hold contrastive opinions. Some asserts that it should be responsible for a nation to require all its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college, while others prefer the choice to entitle schools the right to choose their special courses. On balance, I persist the point of view that there must be some courses that every students in the nation should take, however, nation has no need to refrain schools in different parts to determines some of their own curriculum.

Admittedly, some certain curriculum must be required as compulsory courses, which contributes to preserving a unified national culture and national cohesion, such as language, history, science and so forth. National language can give student all over the nation ability to communicate with each other without difficulty and have deeper comprehension about the national culture. History plays an important role in cultivating the patriot spirit as a qualified citizen and make students from different parts of the nation to solildary together. And science is indispensable in one’s growth which enlighten students’ thoughts and ideas along with the access of common conscious and the promotion of a nation’s progress in the future. Without these kinds of courses, there is no stable guarantee for a nation’s solidarity and development.

Undoubtedly, different areas have their own characters due to geography, sources, customs, religions and ethos, which offers good chance and quality to provide there special courses according to their own features. By carrying out these particular courses, schools in different places can make good use of their local sources and can cultivate various talents. For instance, a school locating in an area where many citizens belong to the race of Korea, whose language is special and not widely epidemic, it is a good decision for them to provide specific Korean language courses to students as it has the right environment of Korean and can provide enough chances of exercise to their students. After taking this special course, students can own the ability to communicate with Korean and be more advantageous when they find jobs. Sometimes, a characteristic spirit or genetic quality in a special place can greatly influence their offspring, which if is designed into a course can foster many excellent students as their ascendants. Therefore, there is no harm for a nation to endow their schools the right to provide their own courses depending on their good traditions and environments.

However, we have to be very sensitive to the proportions and the contents of the courses which different schools offer by their own. Sometimes, especially in some boundary areas, where is full of conflicts or behaviors threaten the security and solidarity of the whole nation, it is necessary to avoid the divisive sermon and illegal impartiality to abet students to be separated form the whole nation. As the often situation is that these areas have their own languages and cultures, which may be separated from the nation in history, in which case if we leave them the excessive free rights to decide their courses, it is very possible for students to be assimilated with the divisive sermons and bring negative influence to the whole nation.

In this modern epoch full of multi-culture and globalization, it is very important for a nation to be compatible to different cultures of its different parts. Too much refraining of the special courses will lead the loss of the possession of various cultures. Nevertheless, it is also a nation’s responsibility to supervise the courses provided by schools so as to prevent students from being hurt and polluted. What’s more, some courses also need to be required as compulsory curriculums. The best way out of this issue is to combine a required national core curriculum with additional district courses so that to make students more qualified and adapted to society.

When taking about the contradict(contradict是动词) argument that who should determine the courses, the nation or(and) schools (themselves) in different places, different people hold contrastive opinions. Some asserts that it should be responsible for a nation to require all its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college, while others prefer the choice to entitle schools( the right 删) to choose their special courses. On balance, I persist the point of view that there must be some courses that every students in the nation should take, however, nation has no need to refrain schools in different parts to (determines ) some of their own curriculum.
Admittedly, some (certain) curriculum must be required as compulsory courses, which contributes to preserving a unified national culture and national cohesion, such as language, history, science(science用在这里合适吗?) and so forth. National language can give student all over the nation ability to communicate with each other without difficulty and have deeper comprehension about the national culture. History plays an important role in cultivating the patriot spirit as a qualified citizen and make students from different parts of the nation to solildary together. And science is indispensable in one’s growth which enlighten students’ thoughts and ideas along with the access of common conscious(conscience)  and the promotion of a nation’s progress in the future. Without these kinds of courses, there is no stable guarantee for a nation’s solidarity and development.(science的例子似乎与preserving a unified national culture and national cohesion不符)
