  There are some who claim that education can only be effective when it meets each student'sspecial needs and interests. Although I admit that it will inspire the student to acquire knowledge when student' s interests are met, it is also important that sometimes education should not given according to the student' s interest.
  
  Basic education should be given to all students in the world without considering whether it caters to their interest. The basic knowledge is necessary for every student whatever they choose their career as. In this era of rapid social and technological change leading to the increasing society complexity, each occupation in this world require the person to have a sound knowledge background in many fields. Take the occupation of actor for example, if the actor is required to play a biologic scientist in a film, he can not play a good role of the scientist if he do not have the background knowledge of biology, for his job is related to biology in the film. Another example is about learning English. As we all know, English is so widely used in the world today, it is important for each person to attain some basic English language skill even though some students do not have interests in learning English. As mentioned above the basic education is compulsory needed for each student, and it is effective for the students to develop theirselves in the future.   
  Sometimes the education can not satisfy each student' s interest. For example, there are so many students in the society, so we can not assign each student a teacher and base the education on each individual' s own characteristic, specialty, for the education resource is limited. Another example is that the student' s interests varies from person to person, and sometimes the interest include some bad habits such as playing computer games, gambling etc.If we design education to meet these interests, this education can not be called education anymore. Therefore, education can not base on the each student' s interest to some extent.        
  However, on the premise that the students have already taken the basic knowledge education , then on certain circumtaince it is far better to give him an eduction according to his own interest. All people are different, we all have our own interest and talent. Some may suit for doing research in the labotory, while others may have a talent in communicating with people and have a social nature. So we should divide students into different groups and give them different education based on their interest and talent. That is why there are so many majors in the university nowadays. And only in this way can each person exert his own ultimate strength to contribute to the society.     
                 
In conclusion, I thoroughly agree that the education based on each student's own interest will provide tremendous impetus for the students to learn and as a result will have beneficial effect both on the individual and the society. Some general education, like the basic knowledge education, can also be effetive.

例子用的贵在精而不在多，而且适当变换句式，提高段落层次感就会好一些。
