The statement above confuses the relationship about the major and the minor in the essential quality of an effective leader.As far as leaders are concened,it's the major quality that the ability to point out the development direction for the staff by his wisdom and foresight,and adjust the conflicts among organization by his own efforts.Obviously,to remain consistently committed to particular principles and objectives is only the minor part of leader quality.

If we view the issue from part perspective-that is,standing on the principle is necessary to some extent.Only in this way may the leader unity the whole thoughts of the team.For instance,"TCL"which is the McDonald's business philosophy is stood by the leader of the company for a long time.To representing TENDER,CARE,LOVING at first,the leader do the best work to consider the philosophy as principles.As the result,"TCL"instills strong feeling of loyaty in McDonald's employees who performs good manner for the customer.In this case,the ability of the leader to remain consistently committed to particular principles and objectives play a large role.

Of course,Only in this way may the leader achieve the results of maintaining the society stability.If the leader chages the philosophy of the team frequently,there must be much fluctuation which lead the team to decay in many aspects ,such as team stucture.In that case,the reason that the leader do not have a firm voice could easily destroy his or her authority power.Take the McDonald for example, the employees must raise doubt about the ability of leader and the future of company in their mind if the company leader change the company philosophy too often.The activity of totterring in the employee would be a inside threaten for McDonald.In order to avoid the situation,the leader must standing on the principle to maintainthe society stability.

But one important thing the leader should not ignore is to give a hearing by the team members.We should look at it from 2 angles.The popular opinnion may be correct or not,whether should the leader choose the opinnion depends on his own judgemnet.However,something that is prerequisite is to take a position which stands up for the majority values.By doing so, the leader can look after the long term interests of the general public as well as reduce the volatility of the property market, thus ensuring a steady development of his organization.Only like that,the leader could be able to do well in the development of team,and then performents his character charming.

In terms of leadership methods,the leader shall have nothing with which to go among the masses unless he first concentrate their ideas. It's not politice decision that the leader easily influenced by shifts in popular opinion or totally deny th mass opinion.
