In this letter, the author claims that the committee of homeowners from the Deerhaven Acres should adopt a set of restrictions on how the community’s yards should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted so as to argment the property values. To bolster the arguments the author relies on the facts that in the neighboring Brookville community homeowners adopted several such restrictions on landscaping and housepainting seven years ago and since then the average property value in Brookville have tripled. Clear examination this supporting evidence, however, reveals that it lend little credible support to the author’s claim.
To begin with, the author provides no evidence that average property values have tripled in Brookville. Lacking such evidence ,it is entirely possible that this statistics is not representable for the true conditions of all homeowners about the average property values in Brookville, or perhaps  the provided data only reflect one year’s condition and in the remains of seven years the property values actually is decreasing. So, without ruling out the alternative explanation, the author cannot make such a cursory conclusion.
In the second place, even if the average property values have tripled during past seven years in Brooville, the author have no evidence to indicate that the raise have any association with the adopted restriction. It exists many possibilities to facilitate the accruement of the property values  such as the rapid development of economy, the influx of immigrant in Brooville, the raise of the property industry. Therefore, considering those exterior factors, the author cannot defend the conclusion that bases on this evidence
Furthermore, hypothesizing that the rise of the property values is attributed to the restrictions which adopted by the homeowners in Brooville. However, the author do not prove that the measure which is carried though in Brooville is feasible and effective in Deerhaven Acres. Maybe the residents in Deerhaven Acres prefer the deversiform landscaping and housepainting compared with the unified ones. Or the property values is perhaps declined if the committee take the same restrictions only because this measure has carried on seven years in Brooville and is now old-fashion in current circumstance. So, the fact that the Brooville’s average property values is greatly increaseing on account of the restriction about landscaping and housepainting accomplished nothing toward bolstering the recommendation.
In sum, the author’s recommendation is not persuasive. To uphold it he must provide cleared evidence that overall homeowners’ property values have the triple argment in Brooville and this increase maily results from the measure taked seven years ago.the author also supply that in Deerhaven Acres the same restriction is practicable and the residents would benefit from it in the intending yaers. To evalue this recommendation, we must have to known the development of    economy, the amount of the immigrant and the taste of the residents in Deerhaven Acres.
