In this newsletter,the arguer suggests  the fact that the multimineral Zorpa pill which was first designed as a simple dietery supplement  has another affect.It can also be highly effective in preventing both first-time and recurrent ulcer due  to a study.When I consider the matter closely,however,I find it is logically flawed in several critical respects.

First of all,the statement that Zorba can help prevent recurrent ulcer is unconvincing.The author doesn't provide the fundamental information of the patients .Patients who took Zorba and recovered may have a better physical status ,so the tissues can recover to the normal state themselves with little help of Zorba.While patients having a recurrence without taking Zorba may be less healthier that render the ulcers recur easily.Other possiblities that may help prevent ulcer are also negelected.For example,patients who don't get recurrence may have a better treatment  from doctors and tendance from nurses .Their diet may be more healthier and rich in minarals needed in preventing ulcer.It's also possible that they have a better sleeping thus having a high sprit and good  mood.Without ruling out possiblities above, the author cannot convince me on the effect of preventing recurrent ulcer of Zorba.

What is more,even if Zorba is useful in preventing recurrent ulcer,the futher asumption that it can prevent first-time ulcer is untenable. First-time ulcer may be more difficult than recurrrent  in treatment.It's  possible that after recovery from ulcer ,one has antibodies in his body that contribute to  prevent recurrent ulcer.While person infected with ulcer for the first time may not  resist the disease well because his immune system is not strong enough to guard him even he takes Zorba.Probabilities also exsit in the fact that tissues of recurrent ulcer are not as strong as that of first-time ulcer,so they are more likely to be killed by Zorba.If these possiblities are right,they will undermine the auhtor's suggestion.

Finally,even if Zorba is both efficient in preventing recurrent and first-time ulcer,the suggstion that it is used by general public is groundless.Whether it has side effects  is unknown.While prevening ulcer,it may kill mormal tissues at the same time causing unnecessary trouble.As the ingredients are mostly minerals,they  may have a bad effect if they react with minarals contained in diet or be harmful to certatin organ because of large amount.

In final analysis ,this argument contains several logic flaws that render it unconvincing, To bolster his viewpoint,the author must find out the fundamental information of patients and rule out other possiblities that may affect the result of the study.He should also provide materials that prove Zorba  is efficient to first-time ulcer as well,and can be used by general public.
