What are some important qualities of a good supervisor (boss)? Use specific details and examples to explain why these qualities are important?

As is known to us all that an exellent boss plays a significant role in a modern company .Then ,a queation may be asked that what makes an exceptional boss or what kind of qualities a good boss requires.Genarally speaking ,different people have diverse opinions.As far as I am concerned,a protruding boss should have a good interpersonal skill,an aptitude of insight,and his own view.

In the first place, a good interpersonal skill is primarily needed.That is because a good interpersonal skill ,obviously,contributes derectly to a favorable relationship,so that people who work together can cooperate with each other much better.A outstanding football team is a case in point.The leader of the team ,with a good interpersonal skill, can harmonize the relationship in the team.As a result,when in a match,a member in the team can pass the ball to another member,who is in a better position to get a goal,regardless of  personal emotions,which can precipitate a good teamwork.And the similar situation happens in a company.

Furthermore,a capability of insight is also required for a good boss.when it comes to the capability of insight,the mojority of people believe that a good boss with it can pierce the future of the company,which can put the company in a favorable position in the competitive business.For instance,A boss who has the ability to use perspective or insight is able to estimate what kind of production will prevail in the future,he ,consequently,can adjust the policy of the company and produce the production earlier than any other companies.

Another crucial caliber a preeminent boss demands is the inner-directed quality.That is a boss shoud make a decisive decision in stead of being in two minds.And this is extremely momentous in various situations,especially in urgent one.As an ilustration,if an emergency comes out some day,a boss shoud determine what to do in no time.As a consequence, he can deal with the emergency as soon as possible,and even save the company.Otherwise,as time goes by,the companly will get a disastrous loss.

From what have been disgussed above ,I am fully convinced that a exellent boss requires a good interpersonal skill,a profound insight ,and an inner-directed quality.And in view of the importance of the three qualities mentioned above,we can eventually draw the conclusion that a boss with the three qualities leaves nothing to be desired.
