Issue51 [OB小组]_第1次作业_教育类_教育要满足人们的兴趣

TOPIC: ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

1 题中所述的教育是会让学生感兴趣的
2 但这种教育不现实,实现上有困难
3 这种教育甚至会对学生有害

The speaker asserts that only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of every student, can education be really effective. I concede that the education that the speaker mentions might make every student interested in study and satisfied in emotion. However, the reality is that it's quite hard to offer a education to meet every student's own special demands. Moreover, the education that meets a student's interests may be not really effective.

Admittedly, every student will be content with the education that can meet everyone's own needs and interests. Taking this type of education, a student who likes playing basketball can play basketball all day long with a skillful teacher teaching him a variety of skills and he need not worry about  any homework which he dislikes. Boys who like mathematics and disgust history can discuss their favorite mathematic problems together and they have adequate time to think about their solution to a problem as long as they wish. No one would disagree that a student is satisfied when he can study what he wants to and what he is interested in.

However, the specifically designed education as the speaker mentions is impossible to be a real one in our society. First, there will a problem with the teachers. As known to all, every person is unique and every student has his own special interests and it can be extremely likely that in a school too many students want to study Chinese so that the Chinese teacher is not adequate while there are many mathematics teachers are free because few students choose their course. Secondly, there may be a rush to the famous colleges and this can bring many truoubles. Students can go to the universities they like and  most of the students will enter the top universities because these universities can provide high-tech equipment to their students and have the most famous professors and  erudite scholars who can afford high quality of lectures. Yet, the resources of these excellent universities are limited and they can not accept all the students who want to enter in. There are also many other problems to deal with and the education the speaker mentions is too ideal to be realized.

Further more, the education that is specially designed to meet a student's all demands and interests may be harmful to the individual, let lone effective.  Children who just start to go to school have little capability to know the difference between right and wrong, good and bad. We can not let children just study what they want and it is the adults' duty to instruct them to make right decisions about what to learn. And consider a high school student's interest. Provided with such an ideal education, a high school student who is extrodinary interest in physics but disgust mathematics may decide to study physics only and drop mathematics. However, he will fail in learning physics later rather than do good job,because he is weak in mathematics which is the founation of physics. So, an education with a scientific arrangement is more effective than the one whose objective is merely to satisfy the individual.

In sum, although it will be popular with the students, the education aiming at meeting students' demands is impossible to be provided and will acctually undermine the students' studying in the long term. Such education can hardly be effective.

So, an education with a scientific arrangement is more effective than the one whose objective(object) is merely to satisfy the individual.

不过后面你的重复用词,比如
the education that is specially designed to meet a student's all demands and interests 之类的貌似多了点,可以考虑下换个说法什么的
感觉骨架很舒服,很耿直的就说了这样的教育不effective
不过建议下次发个中文提纲

我也是新兵,意见不周之处还请包含啊

我说2个问题请大家讨论下:
1  发现写这个题目时真的没有太多可以用的实例,大家都偏重与理论或者逻辑分析,我担心的是这样会不会不小心写成arg啊(虽然貌似我还没有写过A。。。只是担心)
2  我之前不知道在哪看到的,说是一般第一段最后的中心句完了后,第2段就要开始写你支持的观点,一般用2、3段来写,然后4再写反面的东西作为补充
虽然ldongxp的这篇是一条线走到低,但是别人写的(包括今天才看的一篇版主们整理推荐的Issue合集里的51)都是先用一段小写了下specila;y design的好处,然后开始真正讲它的不好
那么到底是矛盾的呢,还是这是一篇例外呢
