Whether an experienced worker at a higher salary or an inexperienced at a lower salary is more suitable for the employer to hire? It is a complex issue for all the staffs in human resource to consider. Some may hold the opinion that the inexperience worker is the better choice, because of the low paid and more potential ability, while others offer that to hire the experience will indeed save the training cost. Admittedly, both of these two attitudes are reasonable, however, actually it is not a simplistic question and the finally judgment should depend on different condition and requirement.
First and foremost, as an employer in a company, he should ensure what kind of people are needs and what kind of work the employee will do. Depending on the confirmed requirement, the criteria can be made especially for the personnel recruitment. Furthermore, if the company just wants to hire the people to do the fundamental work, such as secretary or chambermaid, the inexperienced worker may be the better choice, since these vacations do not need to trained professionally and the low salary paid by the company is more rational. Nonetheless, if the anticipated position is the high-tech vacation, just like head engineer, the surgeon or the CEO, the experienced may be more important than any other factors, and that over considering the salary is high or low is not advisable.
Secondly, another more essential factor which influent the finally judgment is company size. No one can deny that the wage payout of the employees takes different proportions in small and large company. A concrete example will reveal this point more convince. GE, which is one of the largest companies in the world, may prefer to hire the experience worker and the salary is the second factor to consider, saving time of training and improving efficiency. However, in contrary, a new founded company may think over more on the total amount of the staffers’ salary because of their weak fund.
All in all, selecting the employee for a company is not only depending on the experience of the candidates but also the factors from the company itself. In order to solve the problem and make a rational selection, the employ should due with these influence factors felicitously and make a balance between them.

Well, in my opinion, the most important room in a house is the bedroom.
Firstly, bedroom is the represent of a family. You can eat in a restaurant, you can meet friends in a coffeehouse, and you can hold a party in a bar. However, you could not sleep outside everyday because you have home. The bedroom is indispensable for every family.
Secondly, bedroom can release the pressure from work or study. You can communicate with your lover, your parents and your children. You can totally relax in the bedroom because it is the space of your own.
So, the bedroom is the most important room in a house, in my eyes.
