The study of history has value only to the extant that it is relevant to our daily lives
syllabus
1.观点过于片面。几乎所有的东西都有历史， 思想知识有，电脑课本有，这些直接或间接历史与生活相关的方面是了解一切的基础。不能轻易将其确定为有关或无关。
2.即使有些东西看似无关，但可以对生活起作用。
a.inspire people by the courage and tenarity of history's figures.
b. avoid people repeating the same mistakes
c. understand the culture and present societies.
3.虽然历史确实与生活息息相关，但其价值不存在与此， 研究历史的同时也可创造历史。过渡强调其实用性，反而会丧失其客观性。
Studing history only referring to the daily life is just to limit the value and significant of history. All things have their history, no matter directly or indirecly. Admittedly the directional or indirectional history has the same relevant to the the daily lives,they are the foundament for humans to know about the outside unknown feild.Hence, the definetion of relevantce seems too spicious to persuad people.
Although not all historical events are relative to our daily lives,  many examples can justify that the pathway seemingly history  do play important role in our lives. First of all, learning history can inspire peopel by courage and tenarity of historical character's events.For example, a studnet who is not interested in sciece subjects and ranks last in his class may encouraged by the cruise experience and great achievments of famous scientists , then he decied to pursue a career in physics, mathematics, or astronomy as a result. This decision can deeply affect that student's daily life even the trend of road in his lifetime. Or maybe that student don't want to be a scientist at all, however, he by studying historical examples of courage, when he is facing of adversity these examples can provide him motivation to comeover difficulties in his own life.
Also, mistakes of the past are a mirror to us, it can teach us as a society how to avoid reating those mistakes. For example, the nuclear accidents at Three  Mile Island and Chernobyl have been studyed to ensure that they do not happen again. The study of oil spilles and their effects on the environment gives similar guidence onhow to avoid or at least minimize the damage of oil spilles on natural environment.It is oberious to see that the study of history provide value far beyond its impact on the daily lives on a natural protection level.
Finally, despite avoiding us to make the former mistakes, the study of history can help us understand our society and live better as well. For example, we can take lessons from our parents then find the better way to educate and bridge to the next generation, and in the same way to understand and take care of our parents.Studing human history can in the same way help us understand and appreciate themores, values, and ideals of past culture.A herghtened culture ,in turn, helps us formulate informed and reflective values and ideals for ourselves.
To sum up, although history has more or less relevant to our daily lives, its internal value does not lie in that. In addition, it is reasonably necessary for us to creat history while we are studying of it. Finally, emphasizing too much on the pratical factor of history will , to the contrary, result to the lost of objective one.
