Looking for gters to practice oral English

I would like to make some friends in Guangdong to practice spoken English together. I'm applying for graduate study in the US for the fall of 2003 but don't know if I can get an offer this year. However, no matter I can make it or not, it won't do any harm to you to improve your English abilities. So I hope I can make some friends to practice English with.
