50"In order to improve the quality of instruction at the college and university level, all faculty should be required to spend time working outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach."

一:一些学科需要工作经验
二:一些学科不必要很看重经验

Learning knowledge from faculties at the college and university could serve as the most effective ways for student to get knowledge, since it is difficult for us to spend plenty of time to work outside. The statement of the speaker concerning that it is necessary for all faculties to spend time working outside the academic world. In my opinion, I selectively agree with the speakers. In some areas, the necessity of get work experience connected to their course result in helping student acquire adequate information more valuable than we are taught at school.  But in other areas, working outside has been viewed a waste of time for faculty to do research. The speaker can not simply generalize the necessity of working outside, after all, there are large group of method existing to improve the quality of instruction.
For some certain areas nearly relevant to practical requirement, most of examples could be able to justify that working experience concerning the course which faculty teach is capable of improving quality of instruction. . Faculty, teaching Journalism with abundant working experience, in my opinion, must impart knowledge more precious, and because the course of world is continuously changing, in some way more interesting than content wrote down into textbooks. The accurate experience about economics, often leading student realize what kind of skilled people the employer prefer to hire, what kind of people could have more opportunity to get excellent job, and finally decide their authentic life path , is undescribe fascination . Convinced of the appetite of the most of companies, faculties could teach skills entirely within the most corporations’ command and get back “interest” in form of a large group of men and women who are potential leaders. Moreover, the faculty‘s course about management could add great weight to the reasoning. Compared to the previous year, with the invention of telecommunication, there is hurry that in our society, quickly alter the mount of information which raise the tempo of developing. It is useless providing students, who are growing up and building the valuable desire to pursuing the knowledge, the unchangeable information which has already appeared in the textbook at least two or three years ago, since these knowledge are easily out-of-date. As for the recognized faculty who are teaching course relevant to the occupation , who are capable of determining the destiny of the companies and our society----for them a working experience which correlate to their curriculum could be a policy of importance of the students .when professors comprehend the illumination of practical experience, the time working outside their research could bring with them as their exquisite refinement, not only are the means of sustenance, but the means of broadening students’ horizon.
   In others areas, paying emphasize on experience is somewhat fruitless, especially concerned with faculties who analyze pure theory. It is of no use providing faculty teaching humanities, who are working or doing research concerning humanities for a six days, the opportunity of working outside to update their knowledge system, since they aim at cultivating powers of thinking over in order to accommodate students themselves to the society‘s various change. If faculty requires the knowledge of topic connected with their course, there is virtual limited on their ways of thinking, making it at its most moderation. It is well known where the faculty searching working experience to enrich the content taught to students, the destructive effect has come not from the abundance experience, but from the means of thinking regularly. For certain field of abstractly doing research, the temptation to getting work experience serve as the means of wasting of time. Karl Marx, for example, spent 42 years on his creation of < on capital> and most of celebrities winning Nobel—prize could spend their lifetime in laboratory. Image the effect on most of recognized figures, one lay more stress on doing research and less on raising their working experience .No doubt, our society would undergo progressive loss of progress and restriction imagined as a result of ignorance of importance of largely focusing on their research.   
  The viewpoint from the speaker carries the implication that only method of improving the quality of instruction at school is only to getting working experience. As we know. There is a plenty of ways to attain this improvement by encouraging student argue with any others and learn to analyze the practical issues, by providing students the chance to investigate independently .
In sum, in some cases, the experience of working outside the particular areas connected with the faculties’ course they teach are necessary, as it can arouse the interest of student to profoundly study their curriculum. Yet in other cases, loss of quality of the faculties’ research would be worse off as a result of attaching importance to work experience.

句子好长- - 有些句子不太看的懂。。。
整体思路还是很清晰的 半是半非ts很清晰
但是中间细节处逻辑不是很严整,尤其是第二段感觉有点混乱
语言还是很牛的~加油~
