作文恳请修改！题目：大学是否应该要求学生到课题上课

In recent years,there is an arguement being discussed very frequently by educators and students:whether students should be required to
attend classes in university? Some people support the idea not going to classes because there are some other ways for teacher to
teach,internet for example.While others disagree basing on the point that class teaching is indispensable.In my opinion,I prefer to support
the latter viewpoint for a couple of reasons.

First of all,class motivates students' thoughts and brings various of opinions of others.During the class, students not only receive
information taught by the teacher,but also be able to hear and participate in disuccsions among their classmates.The discussions,on one
hand,give students the opportunity to ask questions about the class,which is a very important process of knowledge digestion;on the other
hand, stimulate students to challenge, to argue and to reflect their previous ideas, that is what we call the critical thinking.On the
contratry, studying alone would not make these happen.When you study at home,or through the internet,you might have a more quiet
environment, but you are not given the chance to listen to others' opinions, and once you meet difficulties during studying,you will not be
able to ask your teacher or classmates.

Secondly,attending class is one of the essential components of university education. Teacher,students,giving lecture and class
discussions,all of them together,make the atmosphere of university.Classes for campus,is like the trial for court.If there is no case,no
judge,no lawyer and no jury,why do we need a court? And for the same reason, if the class is cancled,every student just stay at home to
study,what does the university exist for?

Finally, class is also an important place for students to interact.University is the final preparation for the future career.Students not
only learn knowledge here,but also learn social skills and obtain important people connections.Attending class is the easiest and fastest
way to achieve these goals.Students are able to know all kinds of people in class and make friends.

In a word,attending class has many benefits.It could practise students' critical thinking skills,forms the atmosphere of university and
gives students a place to know each other.

Some people support the idea not going to classes because there are some other ways for teacher to      teach,internet for example.（这句话有点redundancy，下面的观点没有提到，似乎有点套用模板）While others disagree basing on the        point that class teaching is indispensable. In my opinion,I prefer to  support the latter viewpoint for a couple of reasons.(把原因列出来会不会更清楚些：better critical thinking, better university atmosphere and good communication opportunities.)

First of all,class （改为class discussion, 更明确些）motivates students' thoughts and brings various of opinions of others....

Secondly,attending class is one of the essential components of university education（改为attending class is helpful for the university atmosphere 会不会更切题些）....And for the same reason, if the class is cancled (这里topic 是说requirable VS optional, 并不意味着cancel class),  every student just stay at home to |study,what does the university exist for?

小结： 其实文章写得挺好的。尤其是第二段，很effectively address the topic and well developed.
